Main Stream is top on my list for electrical work. Whether it be new construction, remodel or a fix it job I'm confident they can do it. I had an electrical panel that need to be diagnosed & then replaced. I was given different options but I decided I wanted it replaced. Thorough, reasonable, on time & quick that was my experience with Main Stream.

Electric Heroes are my heroes! We needed to upgrade our main panel for our home and these guys were more than up to the task. They deal with the city, got the permit pulled and worked with PG&E during the whole project. I'm really happy with their work.

DEC rewired my garage and several outside switches and fixtures. DEC fixed a cobbled up mess that did not meet code. I have complete confidence in their knowledge and ability, and in the work they did. It was comprehensive, met code, is clean and well laid out and everything works for the first time since we moved in. I would recommend DEC to anyone for any size job, with no reservation. I intend to use DEC again to fix more things that were not done properly in the past. Jason and Brian worked hard and smart. Their class of work/knowledge is rare and hard to find these days. We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. Got a pretty high quote from one other company before we heard back from Bahram at Altap. His flat fee plus parts pricing and quick response on a Sunday morning sold me. I was impressed by Brian's frankness about the job we asks him to do. There was no beating around the bush in quoting us what the cost will be and my wife & I really appreciated that about him. He was very professional about the way he dealt with us and there was no room for misunderstanding about what we expect from his work. He always return calls if either I or my wife have any question and that was really a big thing if you are a customer. If he missed a call he made sure he got back to you. We like his professionalism and will not have second thoughts of hiring him again.

I needed to have a couple ceiling fans installed and tried calling an electrical company my park had used last year. Left a couple messages with no response. Began researching companies online and Mr. Electronic of Palo Alto had excellent reviews on Google, Yelp and Thumbtack. Gave them a call and actually got through to someone live. The quote I received seemed to be in line with reviews I had seen for the same service so decided to book with them. Was able to get an appointment a few days later. In between my appointment I called to inquire about electricity being turned off for the procedure. The dispatcher passed along my inquiry to the electrician, Jose, who called me back within 10 minutes. Jose and Juan showed up on time to install my fans and were very professional, respectful of my property, friendly and knew their work very well. They were able to complete the job within a few hours. I typically don't write reviews but the reviews very much helped me decide on Mr. Electric of Palo Alto and I have to agree with all the excellent reviews. Had such an amazing experience with all involved, the dispatcher, Jose and Juan and the person I initially spoke with when I first called (sorry, can't remember that name), I had to write a review for them.
