A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They even carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

I highly recommend working with TrenchFree. Diego and his team worked hard and delivered, and I was very happy to see the final results.

Alex came yesterday to diagnose why the exterior of our refrigerator was hot to the touch. First he needed to pull our fridge out from the wall so that he could access the rear of it. This was a very difficult task, because our fridge had not been moved in a long time, and some debris had accumulated under it. Alex was very patient and diligent in getting the fridge to finally come out.

Once he did so, he quickly determined that the problem was dirty condensor coils. He meticulously cleaned the entire area until that part of the unit looked brand new. I have included the after picture but unfortunately did not think to take a before picture showing how filthy the back of the fridge was.

Afterwards, Alex put the refrigerator back in place, and cleaned the floor. Throughout the whole appointment, he was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, and generous with his time. This is my second time working with Fuse HVAC and I will definitely work with them again!

They won't stop bugging me for a review despite the fact that I only got a quote but didn't hire them, so ok, they get a review. The quote process was fine and I have no complaints about that, however...Beware that if you even just get a quote from this company that they'll repeatedly send you emails asking for a review, whether they actually did work for you or not. Furthermore, at least some of their review request spam lacks unsubscribe links, which is of questionable legality (CAN-SPAM is pretty clear about opt out requirements), and even reply emails politely requesting they stop were returned undelivered by their apparently broken email setup.Do what you will with that information.

Really impressed. I've utilized about 5 different plumbing companies (couple of big names and a few small ones) and this vendor was by far the best. I submitted a request through Yelp and had an appointment confirmation within an hour as well as an estimate. The technician was very efficient and professional. He came out and assessed what parts were needed and provided an updated quote as I ended up expanding the scope once he was there. He came back the next day to do all the work (dishwasher and garbage disposal installation) with no issues. This will be my go to vendor going forward.

Adam was Honest. Had the right diagnosis and came out to verify. Made recommendations for good units to get and I would recommend highly!
