Best Circuit Upgrades in San Jose CA

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but finally getting some downtime to do it because of the pandemic. Edwin was very professional and helpful when he came to my house to install a couple outlets. He even went above and beyond and helped me do some wiring for my home entertainment system and let me borrow a video tool to help with the project. Would highly recommend! (By the way, I’ve got your tool, still, Edwin!)

We wanted to update our family room lighting and Willow Glen Electric representatives did a great job. They listened to what our requests were and then implemented them, including an Alexa light fixture. Everything is working well. Thanks.

I had my backyard lights installed and upgraded my panel from 100 to 200 mp.
Very professional, trustworthy punctual with great work ethics. As a new customer and someone who is completely oblivious to how anything electrical works. They were incredibly patient in explaining the basics of electrical work and was quick to answer any questions I had.

What a phenomenal company! We were looking to install solar in our home and needed to do a main panel upgrade to support the increased load. I reached out to Electric Heroes and they responded to us with a quote by the time most companies even called us back. We couldn't be happier with the work they did for us. The main panel looks and works great. What struck me most about this company was that the entire team was a delight to work with. Ana in the office was extremely helpful and communicative. She kept us informed and explained the whole process to us. Robert who came out to give us the estimate ultimately managed the project. We found both Robert and his crew to be extremely knowledgable. We are very impressed with Electric Heroes and have already started to plan our next project with them.

Excellent and efficient service. I messaged them at 8am, gotta quote to install a Tesla wall connector at 10am, they started work at 1pm and finished by 4.

Flores Electric fixed my stove top. They did it quickly and professionaly.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but they beyond-warranted this one because:
- way over-priced ($3,675 to switch outlets and confirm they were grounded)
- $195 invoice to fix mistakes and not send a quote
- horrible workmanship
- creepy vibes
- you’re legitimately better off working with your neighbors who look like they have a decent set of tools in their garage

Jeff first over-quoted my recently widowed mother for replacing outlets in her home and confirming they were grounded. She agreed to it though, so it is what it is.

His workmanship was awful. Over half of the outlets were crooked. Who knows if he properly attached anything. My 19 year old college roommate with no construction/ electrical experience legitimately did a better job.

After calling him back out to fix some of the mistakes, he agreed to come out and correct his work for free. Despite the shoddy workmanship, I wanted a quote for a garage spotlight that had a broken sensor.

He showed up late after rescheduling the appointment twice. When he got here, he creepily ogled me in my knee-length flowy dress (this was a few months ago when it was in the 90s). Super creepy vibe. Legitimately ask your daughters to wear long pants/ crew necks.

He fixed about half of his mistakes and said he had to look up things for the quote. He never got back to either of us with a quote. Considering our experiences with him so far, we figured we’d be better off hiring someone else.

Like six weeks later, he charged my mom an invoice for $195. TO FIX HIS MISTAKES AND PROVIDE AND NOT PROVIDE A QUOTE.

For the workmanship and price, I would legitimately be better off looking up videos on YouTube and trying to do it myself. I will never use this company again and recommend you work with legitimately anyone else. Even neighbors that you don’t really know. That’s what we did, and so far, it’s better.

We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. Got a pretty high quote from one other company before we heard back from Bahram at Altap. His flat fee plus parts pricing and quick response on a Sunday morning sold me. He came out within a couple of hours and fixed our issue in about 45 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with his kind manor and quick, knowledgable, and professional help. Thanks Again Bahram, and Altap Electrical for getting us quickly out of the dark!

I called the service to set up an appointment for someone to give me an estimate on replacing my main service panel. The person that took the appointment wrote down the wrong phone number. After they were 2 hours late I called and no one answered the phone. The person that called back had a caller ID that did not say Delta electric so I let it go to voicemail. When I found out who it was I called them right back immediately once again they did not answer so I left a message. 24 hours passed with no phone call back so I left another message. Still no phone call this company will not be getting my business, if you can't answer the phone or keep a simple appointment imagine what the work is going to be like.

As a professional homeowners association property manager working with trusted and competent vendors is of utmost importance. the guy from Mr Powerhouse was able to quickly and competently diagnose the issues and repair the electrical problem in a condominium that we manage at a very fair price. I have started using them for most electrical installs/repairs now.

I was impressed by Brian's frankness about the job we asks him to do. There was no beating around the bush in quoting us what the cost will be and my wife & I really appreciated that about him. He was very professional about the way he dealt with us and there was no room for misunderstanding about what we expect from his work. He always return calls if either I or my wife have any question and that was really a big thing if you are a customer. If he missed a call he made sure he got back to you. We like his professionalism and will not have second thoughts of hiring him again.

Top-notch same-day service! The electrician assigned for the repair assistance of my breaker that won't stay on arrived at my place on time. He also showed an act of professionalism while doing his work. I will be forever thankful for this company because they were able to fix my breaker. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to everyone I know!

A great family owned company

Worked for this electrical contractor on their VMWare project...average at best. I have certainly worked for better, more organized contractors...other than efficient management, they also seemed to be having growing pains in that they did not have adequate amounts of functioning tools for their employees to use, cutting into production, requiring crews to share tools which other, better, contractors have plenty of. Would work for them again though if the opportunity presented itself.

We had an electrical issue in our apartment and we are very glad that the management company chose to have Javier N. from ARC come out to diagnose and then fix the issue. Javier was willing to arrive early (so that we could leave for work on time), was friendly and explained issues fully, and then solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

This is the best electrician I have ever used. He was very responsive to our call and needs. He and his team are terrific and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who has electrical issues and wants quality workmanship and to feel safe in their home or business. Ask for Jeff Sheets- simply put-the best!
