I am a general building contractor. I met Aaron on a job years ago and we quickly became friends. I use his company for all my electrical needs. He knows his trade as well as anyone and is the nicest guy you could ever meet.

Laurence Kohb is the finest electrician whom I've ever engaged for electrical services. He seemingly magically hones in on the electrical problem area immediately and quickly resolves the issue. Laurence always responds quickly and tries to visit you that day or at the latest the next day. Moreover, he will attempt to resolve your issue over the phone, at no charge (which amazes me), if at all possible. His fees are reasonable and fair. Lastly, Laurence is a friendly and affable guy, so, for me, it's always a pleasure to see him at work at my home. I hold him in high esteem and, of course, surely recommend him for any business or residential electrical needs. David

HORRIBLE! Placed a service request through American Home Shield insurance to fix an outlet in my dining room and City Last Electric was the vendor who came to “fix” the outlet. They fixed the outlet in the dining room but damaged two outlets in the kitchen in the process! When working on the outlet in the dining room, they checked three outlets in the kitchen (I do not know why since these were not part of the request and were working just fine). Two of the three outlets in the kitchen are now not working and City Last Electric “completed” the request through my insurance (they got paid)! I now have to file another claim with American Home Shield to fix these two outlets in the kitchen since City Last Electric will not come fix what they broke (I don’t want them anywhere near my home anyway) or even pay for the damage they caused. Hopefully American Home Shield drops them as a vendor!

The price was really good and they had availability on short notice- also the work was really good, so for that they get 5 stars.I needed a sub panel to get rid of all the old Zinsco breakers on my main panel and they delivered. Works great. Only problem, and this was a lack of info on everyone's part and not related to work quality- we needed a permit, this isn't required in the city of SD so they were not aware, but where I live in north county, the sub panel required a permit- so Matt helped me get it inspected and permitted afterward, which I appreciate.

We really enjoy working with Solomon and his team. We've used their services for over a decade now and after each job we feel like we got a fair value for the work performed. Before each project, Solomon will walk us through what does and does not need to be done. Very thorough and professional.

This project involved remodeling a 2 BR unit. Old dark fixtures were replaced with bright recessed lights . Bedroom switches connected to actual lights instead of just an outlet. E.L. did an excellent job, as usual, at a reasonable price. They are my go to guys for all our electrical needs. Go ahead and give them a call, you will be glad you did..

Extremely disappointing. Lied to three times. I called and asked them if they could make it out today (a Friday). Just bought an Electric Car and needed a 240 Volt plug installed. They said yes they could make it, but maybe not do the work that day, but could complete it on Saturday. The electrician does show up but says can't do it that day or Saturday, but could on Monday. Monday morning they tell me it is now going to be Wednesday. I canceled and immediately got excellent support from a reliable electrician. I would not trust a single thing the customer service person tells you. Lying comes way to easy to her.

Zapp did great work. On time. Kind. Professional. And well priced. Had a ceiling fan and track light installed in my two story home where no crawl space was available. They were able to knock this job out and it looks great.
