I had an outstanding experience at Electric City.I had to have a 220 hook up because I was receiving a new Jacuzzi in two days.It was quite a large job. First of all, my technician Lee, came out the same day to assess my situation and give me quote.I was a customer service manager at Macys for many years, and I always notice what kind of service I receive.Lee had an excellent attitude and was professional, the entire time he was here.!He explained things well, and I got an honest feeling from him.There were a few glitches and he came out to help the situation ….a few times . I was impressed and very grateful.His associate, Eric was also extremely polite and had a great attitude as well. I truly appreciated that.

Chris and his employee John knocked out numerous electrical projects for us in 2.5 days! They were on time, efficient, clean work/cleaned up after each project, competent/skilled electricians and with competitive pricing. We had our a panel upgraded/serviced. He put in a new outdoor outlet and rewire 2 indoor outlets that were on overloaded circuits on to separate circuits, run wiring and install of EV car charger clear on other side of house(having to climb in our tiny attic) and installing 4 can lights in our living room and swap out a couple light switches for us that I had already purchased and had not gotten around to installing. Derek was very professional, easy to work with, easy to schedule, provided great communication, and was easy to contact via phone and text. His team was just as amazing as he was. They provided an amazing service with professional and experienced suggestions. I came in with an idea and they helped me fill in the blanks as they identified pitfalls and solutions to the issues I had. The amazing work and attention to detail was greatly appreciated as they wore masks and booties at the height of the pandemic and still provided great customer service as they gave me a 30 minute warning prior to arrival as I asked. The system has been very reliable ever since the set up. They routed the wires in a very impressive way that did very minimal damage to the walls which was repaired by my repair man (they do not offer this service). Nothing but good things to say about Gforce. The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, very honest, and made quick work of our issue. He careful looked at our breaker box, the problem breaker, went through each switch that might have been the source of our electrical failure. In the end, our electrical outage and flickering are gone and we could not be any more appreciative to him.
