I contacted 5 electrical companies to bid on my home project. 3 responded. I have been a Facilities Engineer for 40 years and have worked with many contractors. Two of the responding contractors both started telling me everything that they would have to do and brushed off my questions and suggestions. This is a major alarm bell for me. Massella was just the opposite. They worked with me and for a very reasonable price. Excellent folks to do business with. I highly recommend them.

I have used Zed Electric at both my personal residence and a rental property we own. David and his crew are very professional, courteous and communicate very well. Time is of the essence with me on the rental property. Zed Electric responded the same day, was able to trouble shoot the problem (no electric in garage) quickly and explain what the problem was and how they fixed it with the tenant. Zed Electric is a well run company and it is always a pleasure doing business with them.

The power in multiple areas of our house went out on a Friday afternoon (after hours of course). I spent all weekend trying to find an electrician but none answered their phones. On Monday I finally got in touch with someone and he stated he would be over the following day after work. This person never showed up and did not call, which left me back at square one again. Note, the power was off in my office and garage and kitchen. So my journey started all over again to find an electrician. I called several businesses and was again told it would be another week before someone could come out. I finally got in touch with Rob and I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could send someone out. Aaron, showed up within 30 minutes of my call, quickly assessed the problem, corrected the problem and was finished within one hour. He was very professional and informed us what was going on as he was trying to locate the problem. It should be noted that the internet was out during this time, which is my husband's life line and he was having a melt down because he couldn't communicate with his friends. (We are both senior citizens with disabilities.) Anyway, I highly recommend Rob's Electrical Services for any of your electrical needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Did not mention the 90 dollar diagnostic fee over the phone. Made it seem like there would only be 75 if they give you a bid but it’s 75+90. Electrician seemed knowledgeable and was respectful.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and professional and solved the problem.

Joe from Carter Electric was extremely knowledgable, troubleshoot the issue quickly, resolve and provide recommendations. Company was able to fit into my schedule and on time visit was experienced.
