This project involved remodeling a 2 BR unit. Old dark fixtures were replaced with bright recessed lights . Bedroom switches connected to actual lights instead of just an outlet. Ramon was fantastic. He walked me through different options I had to deal with an old outlet and installed a new outdoor outlet for me quickly. He even fixed my backyard door lock which was coming off. I’d highly recommend him

Had outlets installed in the baseboards of a couple of rooms. They work fine and it passed inspection, but the way the wiring was run in the crawl space was not so good. Instead of routing the wires over the pipes and beams they took the shortest path which leaves them in the way for any future work in the crawl space. At one place the wires run around the drain pipes which will interfere with any plumbing work to be done.

I had contacted Eugene because of a beeping smoke alarm. He asked all of the right questions, quoted me a price and scheduled a time for later that afternoon. He showed up promptly, went to work and was done in about an hour or less. He was very professional and efficient - I will call him and would recommend him gladly.

He gave me several options on how to deal with the replacement so that I could decide based on my home requirements and the budget that I have. The workmanship was excellent and we now feel safer.
