David is a breath of fresh air. Had outlets installed in the baseboards of a couple of rooms. They work fine and it passed inspection, but the way the wiring was run in the crawl space was not so good. Instead of routing the wires over the pipes and beams they took the shortest path which leaves them in the way for any future work in the crawl space. At one place the wires run around the drain pipes which will interfere with any plumbing work to be done.

We got a couple of outlets added to our garage so we could run power tools without needing extra long extension cords. We called around and had two different estimates. Rapid electric came in with the lowest price. We were a bit wary since they were the lowest, but they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Jose was very friendly and made us very comfortable. Outlets work great and now I can work on my car without tripping over extension cords!

Hired to perform work at my complex sent 3 massive work trucks and took up only 3 unused parking stalls. Parked truck in a manner where 3/4 of sidewalk is blocked. ADA issue (see posted pic) Park offsite.
