Great team! They installed my Tesla charger, ran an outdoor electrical out line, and installed a wall outlet. They were able to come out and give me a quote within a day and then perform the work within a week. They were competitively priced with others I got quotes from. Super nice the whole time and great quality of work!

The power in multiple areas of our house went out on a Friday afternoon (after hours of course). I spent all weekend trying to find an electrician but none answered their phones. On Monday I finally got in touch with someone and he stated he would be over the following day after work. This person never showed up and did not call, which left me back at square one again. Note, the power was off in my office and garage and kitchen. So my journey started all over again to find an electrician. I called several businesses and was again told it would be another week before someone could come out. I finally got in touch with Rob and I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could send someone out. Aaron, showed up within 30 minutes of my call, quickly assessed the problem, corrected the problem and was finished within one hour. He was very professional and informed us what was going on as he was trying to locate the problem. It should be noted that the internet was out during this time, which is my husband's life line and he was having a melt down because he couldn't communicate with his friends. (We are both senior citizens with disabilities.) Anyway, I highly recommend Rob's Electrical Services for any of your electrical needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I’ve lived in a condo for over six years where I inherited an old chandelier that never worked. A couple of electricians told me over the years it was dead and needed to be replaced it, but the cost was not worth the effort. Now that I wanted to do something about it, I had gotten what I felt were overpriced quotes from companies with perfect reviews who hadn’t even looked at the chandelier.Robert from Electrical Insight came over and was friendly yet professional. He mentioned the upfront diagnostic cost of ~$250 before deciding what needed to be done with the chandelier. He enthusiastically got to work, fixed the issue with the switch and with the wiring somewhere up the chain. $250. He also cleaned after he was done.I don’t write reviews often, but that’s how service should be.

My A/C was down and I called Carini Heating, Air and Plumbing to come out to diagnose and fix. It turned out to be very disturbing to had paid the agreed upon flat rate of $406 (yes I agreed up front) for a replacement part which cost $27 and took 30 minutes to install. In discussion with Mr. Carini this is a must charge flat rate to meet all the overhead his company bears. Fair enough, but at the end of the day consumers want to know what they are paying for in parts and labor. After coming out a day late they were gracious enough to waive the $89 diagnosis fee. But looking at the bill I felt like they really didn't waive that fee, they found a way to get it back with their flat rate that I'm not privy to. Since I don't have vision of their flat rate pricing it just feels like $350 and hour which is a lot for any industry. They do not publicize this rate but if I had new it was around $350/hr I may have shopped around a little longer. This company has many great reviews. I would like to see them be more transparent in their billing methods so consumers know what they're paying for.

This company requires a $30 fee to come out to do a quote on a job for my house. What other fees do they have. Would watch out.
