Jason was very knowledgeable and polite. He did all the work promised and was on time. Thanks for all the information. However, they wanted almost $2,000 to install two power outlets outside. Of course, that was ridiculous and had it done by an electrician for $350.

Gino and his team are very prompt, professional, amd take pride in their work. Every step was communicated along with why the decisions that were made. If there was a change to the plan, it was communicated why it was done, wether that be due to codes or user ease. All inspections were passed the first time and with no defects or suggestions. We hired Scott and Carol to renovate our very outdated and under-utilized kitchen in our 1930s Monticello Park home, as well as convert a small half-bath into a full-sized bathroom with tub and shower combo. We are absolutely thrilled with the results of both, and have the Kressner’s and their team to thank for it. They were very accessible when we had questions and were so helpful/flexible when it came to keeping things within our budget. Can’t recommend enough! Included are before and after pictures of our project.
