Worst experience ever!!!!! Company has been around for years in San Antonio but every year it gets worse. Hired the company for several jobs with hope for change but always fails. Also workers are always trying to make more money for the company so expect to pay more than the actual price. No respect from workers half done work etc.

Came out quickly to see the work to be done. Then came back when promised and quickly completed the work. Very professional job, appreciate the quality work.

We needed an electrician immediately and called other places before lucking onto Citywide. The other places were either unable to come within a few days or wanted to extract a pretty penny for a sooner response. Daniel, who was very friendly, trustworthy and professional, came right away. He fixed the problem quickly and also took the time to give me accurate estimates on some other things I wanted done. We will definitely be using them from now on.

7/11/2020. The weather this week has been a steady 100 degrees. My A/C stopped working last night!!! I called Gabriel this morning for help. He arrived within an hour and didn’t took him long to figure out the problem. He was able to fix my A/C with parts he already had in his truck. WE HAVE COLD AIR NOW!!! Gabriel is the type of person that will bend over backwards to assist anyone in need. His police and marine background is a statement that he is the quiet warrior that is willing to go above and beyond to help those in need. Francis Electric was great. From the start they showed up for the quote when they said, answered all our questions. The technician came exactly when scheduled and he couldn't have been nicer.
