Absolute great experience from start to finish, from the free no pressure estimate to completing the job (install a RING floodlight cam unit) in the most professional manner. Ron knows his stuff, he provided some good options and ideas. The job entailed tapping into an existing electrical box and drilling through 2 bricks walls to run a line to install the unit where we wanted it. Ron was fast and efficient and cleaned up after himself. The price was very reasonable and I would use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

Francis Electric was great. From the start they showed up for the quote when they said, answered all our questions. The technician came exactly when scheduled and he couldn't have been nicer. I was referred to this company through my home warranty. The entire experience was horrific. I had to call numerous times, across several days, to even get scheduled for an appointment because he was too busy or didn't have his calendar available, and then he forgot to call me back. Once I finally did get something set up (5 days after I reported the issue to the home warranty company), he was a no call/no show for my appointment. I called and texted NUMEROUS times with no answer. So here we are on day 9 of no lights in my main living areas. This company is extremely unprofessional. RUN AWAY!
