Chris was very quick to respond to initial inquiry. I had emailed him on Sunday to see about scheduling service and was not expecting to hear back until Monday. He responded same day and was out first thing Monday morning to assess and quote. His team scheduled for Thursday to complete repairs and were out on time and completed as planned. Overall great experience and great bunch of guys.

I wanted to thank you for replacing fixtures in my bathroom. Two chandeliers and two lighted mirrors. You were apologetic of the time frame of the installation of the project. It wasn't your fault that we couldn't get products shipped in that weren't broken. The light fixtures I had you to install were a little complicating and very fragile. We both I thought were patient with each other. I got the spa like bathroom, which I wanted you to help me create, and I am very happy with the job. I will use the company again for lighting projects

I wasn't at home at the time but my elderly mother and sister were there and they said he was awesome the whole time he was there yes we will use this company again.

They came to give a bid, a bid was already emailed. They would not perform the work since they were there to give a bid. As they left the broke two ghost Halloween lights $16 and ran over a sprinkler head. Their complete disorganization wasted my time and cost me money.

I hired Solarator on 7/13/2021. They installed my Tesla charger as the picture shows. It was meant to be a temporary install until they came back. They kept saying they would come back to finish the job, but they never did and now they aren't responding to my calls, texts, or emails. It has now been over 2 months. They took my money and never finished the job. I have never had a company leave me hanging like this. DO NOT USE THEM.
