Job was scheduled easily. Service rep showed up on time. A fairly simple job, but it was done quickly.

Couldn't have been happier, start to finish. I reached out to multiple companies for quotes, these guys were not only the first to respond, but had the best customer service as well. They gave me an accurate estimate by a phone explanation alone for a more than fair price. They worked with my schedule and in no time, Robert and Austin showed up and knocked out installing a floodlight for us over the garage. They walked me through every difficulty they were having, such as a fun double wall with offset studs, giving me options at each step and explaining what their recommendation and approach would be. Even after the install was done, they stuck around to make sure I was happy with the positioning and smart home connection. They were more than patient, helpful, and professional. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

John was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently during the 2 hrs. He finished two projects even though I was only expecting for him to finish one. Nice surprise! Based on service, I would have given 5 stars.He was 2 hrs late however. The appt was for 12p. I called the office at 12:15p and left a message. No one from the office ever called me back. John ended up calling on his personal cell at 1:30p and swinging by at 2p. It worked out because I work from home though it was still frustrating.Would've been nice to get a call confirming the appt the day before and then a call once they were running late.All that said, the service was great and I will give them a second chance.

Replaced inside circuit breaker panel and outside panel upgrade. Installed 4 gfi outlets and 2 light fixtures.

Absolutely the best customer service! They installed our solar array, which was a pretty big project. Their work is beautiful and their crews are neat and tidy. Just recently one of my locations took a tornado hit in Alamo Heights. They brought us temporary power, babysat the machine for us and cleaned up the electrical damage caused by the storm. This company provides epic customer service!

Mr. Sparky employee Stephane (sorry if I misspelt your name) was professional, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. I had Mr. Sparky come in to do a variety of electrical work that a home inspector had flagged as deficient in the home we were selling. Stephane got right to work and walked me through everything that he would be doing. He had an extremely fair estimate for me in no time and finished the work in about an hour! I think he could have done the work with his eyes closed!It’s rare to find a tradesman that is easy to work with, knows exactly what they are doing, and can do it for a very reasonable price. Mr. Sparky (Steph) can do all of that!Thanks again for doing a great hassle-free job! You are the BEST electrician I have ever hired and will definitely hire again!!!

Cecilio came out for an A/C issue we were having, he arrived on time and was very professional and friendly while I explained the issue. He explained the issue I was having was due to a capacitor that wasn’t allowing the fan to start up thus overheating my system. With the system being 16 years old already I elected to hear about new systems and he was extremely knowledgeable, providing great explanations as to my options and differences between systems. I elected to purchase a new system and because of that he waived the repair cost just to keep us comfortable while we get on the schedule. I will provide another review after installation.
