I came home from the doctor to realize the electricity in 1/2 of my house was off which meant one of my AC units too. I called Citywide and they had a technician at my door in less than 30 minutes. Daniel was extremely pleasant and found a breaker outside that was rusting. He provided a quote, went to get the part and it took only a short while before he was finished. The cost of trouble shooting and repair was very competitive and i will definitely use Citywide again!

Phillip and Andrew are both genuine and willing to take whatever time needed to explain everything and to do the work properly.

David and Sebastian were extremely professional. They explained the repairs thoroughly and cleaned everything up before they left. They inspected the indoor and outdoor panels, GFIs (which were intermittently popping), replaced a receptacle that had burned up, installed a new light fixture and replaced the outdoor flood lights. I would use Hill Electric again.

We had then come out to quote a replacement of bathroom fans. Very professional and gave us several different options.

Roland came out and was very personable and professional. He did an initial safety inspection, talked me through some stuff he saw and quickly got the job I requested done. He was totally knowledgeable about his work.

Prompt service considering this was a last minute service request, very competitive quote, and knowledgeable with new smart-home (Lutron) devices. Showed up on a Saturday afternoon with no up-charge and was very diligent on installing devices with attention to detail. Electrician didn't try to up sell me the way the other companies tried. Electrician was very mindful of COVID-19 precautions (mask, gloves, etc..). Definitely would recommend and will be using again for future projects.

Gino and his team are very prompt, professional, amd take pride in their work. Every step was communicated along with why the decisions that were made. If there was a change to the plan, it was communicated why it was done, wether that be due to codes or user ease. All inspections were passed the first time and with no defects or suggestions. Quick, efficient and affordable.Tom came out the same day I requested a free estimate, and was able to identify and provide a solution to my problem within 30 minutes.My lights were flickering (maybe once every 3 hours) before, but I thought it was in my head until I started using my dryer, and one side of the house lost power. No breakers were tripped, so I was worried it was a wiring issue. Tom was able to see that the breaker for that side was cracked and had a burnt connector. He had one that fit in his work vehicle and got it replaced and everything works.

Did in 45 minutes what would have taken me 3 hours. Very happy with their service.

Mark is a complete professional and an expert at what he does. He arrived on time, even a bit early, assessed the area and got to work! He had all the materials to complete the job and his prices are very reasonable. Exactly what you want in a master electrician. In fact, we’ve already asked him back.
