Update:We received an email 8 days after initial appointment telling us that they had had a system wide shutdown causing them to lose all their data on scheduled appointments. And, they were not up and running until 3 days later. They apologized and told us if we were still interested to call them. So in the end, I was happy to have some knowledge as to why they were a no call, no show. However, we had already taken our business elsewhere.We are very disappointed in this company. A couple of weeks ago, we were searching on the web for an electrician and came across Sunbelt. We did a some research on them and were happy with the reviews, so we went to their website and filled out their form with our information and needs. Got a phone call fairly quickly to set up an appointment, which was scheduled for Monday, October 15th @ 8:30 am. Then, nothing! No call, no show. My husband, who was the point of contact, called and left 2 messages that morning with the number given to us and didn't hear anything from anyone. I tried calling the same number on the following day and the phone just rang and rang, the voicemail never even came up. It has now been 5 days and we still haven't had anyone contact us. So unprofessional.

He took pictures of the both panel and told us that he would send us an email on what he found out which we received the same day, We sent it out to our insurance and you know what's the good thing about that? The pictures that he took, it has description on it so that the insurance would understand what it was and what it meant.After a few days, our claim got approved by the insurance. We called Firefly Electric, my husband talked to the owner Sal who is very kind and got the job scheduled.The scheduled day came where we had Joshua and Brandon, They installed what we got which is the Platinum Panel Package with 9 dual function breaker. Joshua did the outdoor panel while Brandon did the indoor panel and I would say what a superb teamwork! Remember teamwork makes the dream work! While they were doing the work I was chitchatting with them and they were really friendly yet professional.We had some issues with our homeowners insurance but we got rest assured that they are gonna help us with it which is definitely going above and beyond! We had a outside light that was not working, LP3 sent Leonard Pena out to look at and he checked abfewbthings went into the attic and founf the problem and got it fixed fight away.Mr.Pena was polite and respectful and very friendly. Titan Remodeling put in a Breaker Box and didn't ground my house. For 7 years I was living in a fire hazard home. Finally my dryer electrocuted me and my disabled daughter, Jared Electric came out and completely re-wired my home now I'm living in a safe environment. The Crew was extremely Professional and worked together like a well oiled machine. The entire job took about 3 hours. I'm extremely happy with Jireh Electric and will use them from now on.

Prompt and efficient.

Installation was efficient and quick. I needed to get a 60 amp circuit into my garage. Since the junction box in my garage could not support an extra 60 amp circuit, I needed a run from the opposite side of my house. The quote I received from Solarator beat the other quotes I received by at least $500. I had Solarator install a wall connector that would allow my EV to charge while I was at home at a much faster rate than the 110V plug that came with the car. Their installation was professional and came out just as they had described during the walk-through. I have not had any issues to date with my unit.
