Called Debbie on a Tuesday, and she had us scheduled for Thursday. They called ahead and were even able to come earlier than scheduled, so I’m sitting here with all the work done 30 mins into their arrival window.Installation prices were fair and the work was done efficiently. They were able to diagnose the problem with our panel and get it knocked out efficiently as well. Will use this company in the future for any electrical needs.

Mr. Electric contacted me 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to alert me that Josh Reynolds was on his way. Josh was professional and explained all the procedures that were needed to correct the electrical concerns. Then he allowed me to select which procedures I wanted corrected and presented me with information about costs of procedures. All of the work was completed to my approval. I feel that I'm in safe hands and will continue to use their services in the future.

They came out this morning to replace an AC cut off box and install a surge protector they were very knowledgeable on time very courteous and did a very good job very happy with their service will use them again

Middle of the night we lost power, ended up having to replace the main meter box. I had lost use of my AC’s, my well and just about everything else that I needed. Called HES at just about 6:30am thinking I would get an answering service. Was shocked when someone answered, turned out it was the owner. From that point on they took care of me, I never felt like My job wasn’t a priority to them. From the office staff to both service techs (Juan and David) these guys were awesome.
