They do not respond to inquires submitted throughout their contacs us form on their website. It has been three weeks and no communication from them.

It turned out that they did not require significant repair work, but Gary (I believe he is the owner of the company) was very personable and I got the impression that he is trustworthy. We have had many electricians come to our homes in the past to perform electrical work but never as efficient as Mr. Luis Rodriguez and Mr. Carlos Cervantes. They told us what they were going to do step by step and ask us if there were any questions. Not only did they do a great job but they also vacuumed and swept the floors when they were done. Before leaving the check to see that all work done was in working order. We greatly appreciate Mr. Rodriguez and Mr. Cervantes. On New Year's Eve, the outlet for my refrigerator broke due to bad weather. Tried calling several others and couldn't get anyone out the same day. This gentleman stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes and walked me through changing out a GFCI outlet until everything worked again (without a meter!). Absolutely above and beyond what I expected from any contractor. This will be the first guy I call for anything electrical from here on. I cannot thank you enough, you saved all my food!

The guys from 5G did some much needed work on my mothers older home that needed a little of everything. After coming out and carefully assessing the needs, they were able to promptly schedule the repairs a few days later. They were able to begin and complete the job the same day, which was no easy feat. The results ended up being way better than we could have imagined. Gino is really great about communicating which is hard to come by. Would HIGHLY recommend for any electrical work.

Ugh....waiting all morning for this electrician and he comes up saying it's a $129 charge to check anything. Had contacted by email and specially told him all the issues we currently had and asked the cost. He said it would be free. showed up to the house acting brand new to everything. We have been using Matthews Electric for all of our electrical needs for some years now. Our home is older and had very limited electrical outlets and breakers. Matthews Electric has helped us change our breaker box and add breakers to become compliant with current guidelines while meeting our current electrical needs. They have changed out ceiling fans and light fixtures, moved light fixture boxes, added outlets in the bathrooms, added exhaust fans etc. In addition, we have had them install outside landscape lighting on sensors to come on and off automatically, outlets on switch so we can control them and add outdoor outlets in the outdoor kitchen, the serving area for hot plates or crock pots etc. They have added outdoor lighting on the house and outlets by each door, outlets for the pool pump and lights. We have a business in the home where we have added several quad outlets on dedicated lines for all of the things needed in an office environment while maintaining safety. The work is all very high quality and they work till the job is completed. Our home is not disrupted for extended period of time which is very important to us. We also trust them as they show respect for our property, clean up after themselves, do not destroy our plants and do not take out excess material if there is any at the end of the job. We could not be more happy with their service. The pricing is fair for the quality of service and standard of work. I highly recommend Matthews Electric.

Classic was sent by Ferguson's (warehouse/lighting) to install two ceiling fans at my new construction home. They did a terrific job, cleaned their shoes, swept the floor where they worked, removed the trash, programmed the remote for the fans, etc. It's refreshing to see a company that actually takes pride in their work versus rushing to get to the next job. I'll use them in the future for other projects. Highly recommended.

Simons Electric did a fantastic job replacing both electrical panels and some difficult rewriting. They were both very professional and did a very neat job. They didn’t get finished the first day but came back the very next morning to finish up the job. Everything was explained to me so I could understand what they were doing. This is definitely one of the best professionals I`ve dealt with. Their customer service is really adequate and the technicians were fast on the spot. The socket I needed replaced was done in a matter of minutes and with a better, safer one too. I would absolutely recommend them!

The company was contracted by my landlord for repairs. Upon arrival I helped the technician by allowing them access to the breaker box in my apartment. I then ask what repairs would be done to my apartment and if the powers would be shut off. No information was provided. I then hear the technician cursing and calling me different obscenities. Do not recommend anyone use their services if you are expecting professional demeanor.
