Best Electric Help in San Antonio TX

Edit: The folks at All Good took my concerns in this review very seriously and went out of their way to make things right with me. I do appreciate their customer service and their commitment to improve, so I've updated my review to reflect my rating. I can't give it a 5 star endorsement due to the previous experience in full, but with their commitment to good service and treating their customers fairly upon receiving any complaints, I definitely don't want to give them a 1 star because of their willingness to help folks like me.Wanted to repair 2 dead outlets, electrician sent out charged to diagnose issue for 89 dollars which I caved to stupid of me, then didn't even fix the issue with my dead outlets, said a line may have fallen behind in the wall and generally seemed stumped. We do have older wiring true, but no way I was going to pay 500+ to run new lines. Had to save up some more money to get an actual free diagnosis from another electrician who actually fixed the outlets for 140. DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THE FUSE PROPERLY WHICH I REALIZED AFTER THEY HAD LEFT!Maybe I got a less skilled worker, but either way suggesting to wire new lines when the issue could have been fixed just by configuring the outlets properly like a competitor did who actually properly fixed it should have been recognized right away.

I could not have been more pleased with the work and professionalism of these folks. They will be my go to folks for any electrical work.

Mr. Travis Dolan came to our home to provide more services (light fixture installation on the back patio of our home). He did such a professional job that he offered to install lights on our front lawn (to illuminate our trees and home) that we took him up on his offer. When you call Mr. Electric INSIST that Mr. Travis Dolan be your electrician.

They discriminate against Muslims and Middle Eastern …. Never again

Had Clint show up and explain to me the whole process. He did a great job and took additional time to explain things to me about replacing the light fixture. Prices are average but that military discounted helped alot. Would definitely recommend him.

Corey came out to do the initial quote and he gave a fair quote. I booked Lp electrical for the following week. He was on time (that’s a biggie for me) and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Corey guided me through the process and the time frame he gave was pretty much exact. I did not have to worry about the time. Corey represents LP Electrical and did a great job.

Brothers Electric in San Antonio provided us with some electrical Service at our office this week. They didn't cut corners, they did the job right the first time and they gave us a very fair price. Prompt, professional service at a fair price. Very reliable to do job right the first time at agreed upon price. Showed up on time and passed city inspection without any issues.

When searching for an electrician we always want someone who is honest & thorough in the job they do. There’s always that fear that you will be ripped off or scammed into getting something done that is unnecessary & will just line that electricians pockets. J’s Electrical Service came to my house today to help with an electrical issue. Jesse & Joseph were EXCELLENT. They worked together to fix the issue I had AND they saved me from having to buy a new hot water heater! These gentleman are fantastic! I’m not always happy with the businesses that my home warranty company sends BUT today I’m extremely happy. These men were true professionals & took the time to explain everything to me. I now have an electrician I can trust & call when we have issues. Thank you so much Jesse & Joseph!

They weren’t able to provide an itemized receipt. They literally said nothing was broken. In essence nothing to repair and they still charged me a ridiculous amount of money to switch a yellow light to a white one. After saying don’t worry we will do this as a favor. I got SCAMMED.

Person driving the truck almost side swiped me. Had to move before I got hit at I37 and Hits Wells

They installed a solar system on my mother’s house and left her to fend for herself on the connection with CPS. They promised her two months free CPS. She’s now paying a full CPS bill (summer rates) and their lender for a dormant system. They’re Texas contact number is disconnected too. I’m contacting CPS to make sure they can’t do business in San Antonio anymore. They get paid and ditch elderly people like lemon lot car sales men.
