I called to schedule a service call and originally, I was told someone would be able to go out there in two days, once I explained to Mia that it was for my grandmother who did not have electricity in her bathrooms (which she is high risk for falls due to her age 91), she was able to accommodate me and get someone out there the next day. Thank you, Mia, for having compassion for my grandmother's situation and locating a technician that would be in that area the next day. Luis, the technician did an amazing job identifying the issue and quickly resolved it for my grandmother. He also called me and explained what he observed and what he recommended our next steps be to avoid further issues. He also expressed his concerns for potential hazards regarding her almost 50-year-old home. My grandmother has called me multiple times expressing how much Luis and his partner helped her and fixed her issue quickly. Leo and his partner came out to our home to install a light fixture in our backyard and did a wonderful job. They were fast, friendly and affordable. They were very professional about coming in and doing their job. They eduacted us on what was the best solution for the fixture we wanted to install. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in its entirety.I had the following work done:- Electrical Vehicle Charger installed including the outlet to plug it into.- Entire electrical panel replaced and upgraded .- 9 electrical sockets installed- 13 recessed lights installed w/ 4 switches to operate them

Recently, my in-laws had a fire at their house (NOT worked on by Tim), most likely due to an electrical issue. That experience made my wife and I so thankful for when Tim and his crew were at our home a while back. He quickly found major fire hazards within our electrical panel and made it the priority to fix it first before going on to other electrical issues we were having. It very well may have ended up being a life-saving job! Thank you so much!

I have used them once before and had a great experience. This time around I needed my thermostat moved from the kitchen to the living room. It only took an hour, and the guy cleaned up well afterward.

Victor and his guys were great as usual. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. Arrived on time. Marco was very courteous, respectful and considerate of taking care of my house while performing an electrical repair and a couple of installations. I had used them several years back and they were just as good. They get right to work when they show up and don't mess around. Just recommended them to a neighbor of mine. I plan to use them again to install a couple of electrical outlets outside.

Fred was quick to respond and help out in a tight turn around we needed wiring work and a disconnect for a new HVAC unit and he came out the next day to handle everything so we didn't have to push our AC install back.
