Our family had been without hot water for 3 days. The plumbing company came out and said there was an electrical issue. We called Firefly the next morning, explained the situation, and Sal was gracious enough to fit us into his schedule. He did not leave until he knew the issue had been resolved. The level of professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and willingness to educate us and answer questions was unlike anything we have never experienced before. We will only use Firefly from now on, and recommend you do the same.

We have had many electricians come to our homes in the past to perform electrical work but never as efficient as Mr. Luis Rodriguez and Mr. Carlos Cervantes. They told us what they were going to do step by step and ask us if there were any questions. Not only did they do a great job but they also vacuumed and swept the floors when they were done. I needed some work done to my garage outlet and the owner came out on a Sunday to help me out. He even helped me understand the difference between a breaker and a GFCI outlet (in layman’s terms). Great service and great company!

I was very pleased with the work that Chris did for us; he gave us some ideas about replacing kitchen lights, a quote, and then replaced the GFCI outlet in our garage. He made sure all the outdoor outlets worked and even replaced a cover that broke because it was so old.

Classic Electric is great! They have now done three projects for us including adding a junction box for a light fixture, an outdoor outlet with an indoor switch, and recessed lighting in our kitchen. They were easy to get ahold of, responded promptly to all questions, and showed up on time! They worked with us to make sure we were happy with the appearance of the work and helped us get the fixtures we wanted while also introducing us to additional options. The electrical work was done properly and they were very professional and cleaned up afterwards as well!
