We have battled with our A/C problem for almost two years. George Brazil has been consistent in continuing to pursue a solution. Although they admittedly dropped the ball at one point, they showed their contrition and concern, and renewed their efforts. I plan on using them in the future.I was very discouraged with the problem until they sent the last technician, Josh W. out. Josh was a nice young man, very likeable, as were the other techs. When describing and showing him the problem, the symptoms were not as strong as usual. I thought, great, this will be diagnosed as - the owner is a nut. Josh didn't waiver, wasn't in a hurry to get to the next job. He spent some time with our unit and with me. The symptoms returned. He spent more time diagnosing. He noticed a problem with the internal blower motor, which had been replaced once but was still bad. Not stopping there, he picked up a big difference when a certain external panel was in place verses off. It set up something like a harmonic vibration, shaking the unit. After replacing the motor, wheel and housing, and stabilizing the panel with rubber backing, the vibration has decreased to a normal level. I am very happy with the service we received from Josh W. I hope we can get Josh to return if any future problem arises.Drew Langley

Very efficient and reliable. They installed an electric car charger for me and fixed my garage lighting along with new can lights under my kitchen cabinets. Been remodeling my house past couple years and they have never failed me on installing or repairing some electrical work.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

Creative Electric is the exception. Mike and his crew do excellent work, always on time and never leave a mess. Mike listens to what you want done and then gives suggestions.
We have used Creative Electric twice to remove and install lights and outlets in both bathrooms and kitchen. We will only use Creavtive Electric to do any electric work that is needed. Joe Disch

Dennis and crew came out today to install an RO, water softener, new water heater and 3 new TOTO toilets. They were on time, skilled and did quality work especially with our copper plumbing. We are extremely satisfied with all the work that was done today. It wasn't cheap that's for sure but you get what you pay for. We can be rest assured that we won't have to waste time or money in getting any of their work redone.

I called last night after hours because I had no power to my bedroom. Dennis came out within the hour and replaced my breaker. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Dennis got the job done in a timely manner and I will definitely call them again! :)
