Gabe is absolutely amazing!!! I found him back in 2019 when I needed work done on a dryer that wasn’t heating…fast forward to 2022 and I needed him for my dryer that wouldn’t turn on. I sent him a text last night and he was here first thing this morning. Penguin air is hands down the BEST place to go for service! From my first plone call until my installation they were very professional! Derrick Mccormack was honest and professional from estimate to installation! He explained everything to us in detail that he had done on our car charger install. Other estimates I got were double one was triple Penguin Airs cost for the same job!! Any Electrical, Plumbing,or AC i need I will DEFINITELY call Penguin Air!!!

Water heater maintenance turned into a new water heater. Rigoberto was very professional and showed the different areas where the water heater was failing. He went over several options with me regarding replacement and worked with me regarding a time to return for installation. He was on time for both appointments. Installation was done by Rigoberto He made sure it was done correctly and professionally.
