Best Repair Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

Joe came by to give us an estimate on replacing our outdated fans on our patio. He assessed the existing fans, wrote a quote and gave it to us. Clearly he was not interested in the job! He quoted us $448.00 to replace the existing fans! That's more than we paid for the fans!!!!! I guess the work we needed was not expensive for their time hence the high quote. They forget that it was the little people like us who helped get their business going.

It actually started in Fall 2020 with my Garage losing power. I bid out the work and hired Phoenix Contracting Services. The following Monday, Jeff and his crew (Mike and Gabriel) came out and finally resolved the issue, loose wiring from another outlet. I was impressed by the workmanship, politeness, and being On Time. My wife and I were actually in the market for a new service panel, that I ended awarding Jeff that work. Didn't need to look elsewhere. At the mercy of SRP, a date opened up in February 2021. So, we jumped on it. Jeff had setup everything, Blue Stake, and SRP. I as Home Owner didn't have to do anything. Service panel went Ok, and Jeff starting looking at other items in the yard, and mentioned that needed to be up to code. So, that was done too. The Phoenix Electrician we hired from Meade Electric Co. did a great job for us. We called a couple other places and they were the only ones to come out on a Saturday. Ask for Tony he was a pleasure to work with.

I just returned from a two week vacation to find water & damage all over the rear of my garage! I started throwing towels down every where to try to soak up the water and then I called two plumbing companies who said they dealt with emergency services only to leave messages and never hearing back from neither of them! Someone told me to call Penquin because they just had some AC work done and the person said they seemed reasonable and reliable, so I called them, I spoke to the dispatcher who took my infirmation and wiyhin an hour I had a technician show up at my door. The technician's name was Joshua C who was professional, courteous and timely. He came in, got right to work and showed me where the water heater had leaked! He even wrnt so far to show me ghe damage to the sheetrock and pedestool which the water heater rested upon. After shieing me the damage, he told ne he had a restorstiln company which he could call to come access the dsmage. Not only did he call the company, but they showed up almost immediately as well. Joshua removed my water heater and left a new water heater in my garage awaitung for for the restoratiln company to repair tbe pedastool and damaged wall area. What was even better was that he took his time to expksin to me his warranty program in which the savings on the new water heater saved me the cost of the 1 year warranty and then some! Im waiting for everyone to comr bsck today to finush tbe eork but must say do far i amimpressed and completely satisfied! Ask for Joshua C!!!!

Had one of those tune ups. Spoke with the tech about going into the attic and inspecting the air handler. Informed him that I had the doors and seams sealed with aluminum tape because they leaked air. Asked him to please reseal as the dust from the attic gets sucked into the air box and comes out the vents.A few months later I noticed a dust build-up on the ceiling vents. Went up into the attic and found he cut the tape and never resealed the air box. Another useless home depot contractor.

After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.
