Gabe made the process of installing a new ceiling fan incredibly easy. Called him on Tuesday night, had everything done by Thursday morning. He gave me a two hour service window and texted me morning of to let me know when he was on his way. Raul came by our house because half of the power in our home went out. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He found the problem in less than 5 minutes, explained to us how it could have happened, how to avoid the problem in the future and gave us great information on how to save money and avoid other electrical problems all while expertly fixing the problem. On top of that he also told us that the problem was not our fault or responsibility and explained to us how to get compensation for the amount spent to fix it. We were also getting disheartened with the many problems of our fixer upper home but he reassured us that it is normal and he has had the same experiences and that it is all worth it in the end. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any and all electrical work we need done.We had forgot to ask him to help us with another problem we were having and the company was kind enough to send him back again the next day at no charge. He came by again at the exact time he said he would and knew how to fix the problem right away. He gave us several options and offered his opinion and advice when we could not decide which was best. In the end the job was done quickly, professionally and he left the work area cleaner than it was when he came. I was always skeptical of larger companies like George Brazil and always favored having my own handymen that I knew personally, but after having such a positive experience with both visits from Raul I don't think I'll ever go back to having my friends kludge together my house. He made me feel comfortable and confident with his work and I now at least have one area of my house that I am not worried about suddenly falling to bits.

My technician Daniel Lopez was very impressive. He came right on time identified the problem gave me some options, fixed the problem and everything is fine. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand some of the issues with my 1957 home that included old pipes. I would never hesitate to call them again.

I called Greg Knutson this morning for a garbage disposal issue and he came the same day and fixed it! He did a wonderful job at a fair price, and did professional quality work. We will be using him again and recommend him to others.
