I've used George Brazil for years & have always been pleased. I can't say enough wonderful things about your service person Jesse! He truly went above & beyond with his service. He showed up & fixed my problems in a timely & courteous fashion. He also came back on the second day to complete my job & surprised me with a small chocolate cake & flowers. I had mentioned in passing that this wasn't exactly how I had planned on celebrating my Birthday. What a gem you have in this employee!

They were able to get a service technician out within less than 24 hours in the middle of the summer. Prior to arriving, the technician called to let me know they were in route. I received a text and email both with a picture of the technician so I know exactly who to expect.Zeb came out and took a look at the AC. He was able to find the problem and offer a solution, with a clear explanation of the problem and the costs for repair/replacement of parts. Within a couple of hours of arriving, everything was taken care of and the cool air was flowing again. Would 100% recommend this company to others.

After being stood up by 2 other plumbing companies recommended by Anti mad an appointment with Tucker Hill. They were responsive, courteous, professional and timely. As a business owner I appreciate the little things that make a difference. Tucker Hill does the little things. I was very impress with the technicians they sent to perform our service. They quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. Do yourself a favor, just call Tucker Hill and save yourself times and hassles. Mike and Christian were so pleasant to deal with. We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

Parker and Sons dispatch put us on the response list Sunday afternoon and arrived within 2 hours. Our technician Travis went straight to work to repair our outdoor faucet pipe that had broken within our cinderblock wall. The work was completed very professionally and Travis. Informed us every step along the way. We were very happy with the results.

Scott has always been there for AC repairs and now finally a replacement. He was prompt with service and we had a new unit quickly installed. I will definitely be using his services again!

Cole was very knowledgeable and professional will return in the future!
