This was our first time with George Brazil. We called in to schedule an appointment and they were able to have someone come out to our home within the same day. One of their customer service agents, Joe kept us updated throughout the day and notified us when their tech, Mike S. was on route.Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and locate a leak that we had in the plumbing of our wall. Prior to being serviced by George Brazil, we had independently tore down part of the wall of our home in order to locate and attempt to the fix the leak ourselves- which was obviously a terrible idea! But we are so glad we called George Brazil. Not only did Mike repair the leak efficiently, but he also offered to help us secure the tarp we had up for the exposed wall without even being asked. He also provided us a contact to help us with our wall repair. Thank you, Mike!We are very happy with the service we received both in person and over the phone. The electricians from Wise Owl Electricians did an excellent job installing electrical outlets in our kitchen. Colin arrived on time and completed his job with a high level of professionalism. I wasn't sure whether what we were trying to do in the kitchen could be done, but he managed to get everything to work perfectly. After the job was over, he cleaned up all of the materials. Even though his project cost was pretty cheap, I believe I should have paid him more than the asked price. From beginning to end, the work was excellent. I will return as a customer.

This company is terrible. I would not recommend not to use them. I called upon them tp put in a simple ceiling fan and the experience was horrible. First they put in the wrong size fan, so I had to call them to replace it and after one week they finally replaced it. After installation of the second fan I noticed that it was shaking, so again they came back out and after two hours the technician left and the fan is still shaking. So after talking to the Office Manager Nathan he scheduled an appointment with what he called a Master Technician for the following Tuesday between 9-12:00. The Technician never showed or called. This company has been a terrible experience and I would say that as consumers we do have options and when we hire someone we expect the work to be done on time and correctly and based upon my experience with this company they have proven no to do so.
