I truly can’t say enough positive things about Gabe. It’s very difficult to come across a jack of all trades who is honest and true to his word. Gabe was able to come out the same day I called to install a gas range that the delivery drivers were unable to install (on two separate occasions) and repair a circuit breaker and several outlets. After 2 weeks without a stove, Gabe hooked it up and fixed my electrical issues all in just over an hour! He also followed up with me to ensure everything was functioning properly, which just shows how much he cares about his work and his clients. He has since helped me with plumbing issues and replaced my old kitchen faucet as well.

The water softener resin burst into cold water lines. Charles Plumb stopped by in few hours and helped me understand the issue and each line item in the quote. He planned his work to mitigate the issue thinking about long term implications. I have never seen a smart plumber like Charles. He meticulously performed troubleshooting and came up with innovative solutions to resolve the most difficult clogs in my master bathroom. He met his commitments, led the work with utmost quality and completed the entire work in 6-7 h. He gave 1 year warranty just in case if any clog issue comes back that only suggests how confident he was with his work. Keep up the great work! Parker and sons you are lucky to have him.

Handyman Connection recently completed our master bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were recommended by a friend of ours after they remodeled her master bathroom. We are beyond impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship. Allen, the owner, met with us on numerous occasions before work even started. He was quick to respond to all of our questions, and guided us in the right direction. We received an estimated cost of the remodel upfront. As work started, we added additional items to the project. Allen ensured we discussed all costs and approved them before the additional work was completed. He was reasonable and fair throughout the entire process. He came by our home several times during the remodel and checked in with us to ensure we approved several details of the project. Additionally, it was clear that he supports his employees, as he spoke highly of them and brought our contractor lunch. Mark was our contractor and we could not have been more pleased with his demeanor, work ethic, and craftmanship. He showed up on time every day and he worked hard. He consulted with us throughout the entire project (our preference) and offered his professional opinion, helping us make decisions about details. When an unforeseen electrical problem arose, Handyman Connection addressed the issue immediately so our project would not delayed. When Mark finished the job, our bathroom and kitchen design looked exactly as we had imagined. This contractor did an outstanding job on my house and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommended. They work with integrity. Will use in the near future.

We've had them come out to do some electrical work. They were sub-contracted by KB Homes. They were professional but I wouldn't say friendly which if fine. As long as the work is proficient.

TIMELINESS: Of the three times, they came on time once. Unfortunately, they give you a four window so you can't leave the house to run errands. We were given an 8-12 window and asked for a 30 minute heads up call before arrival. Tiffany O. the admin assistant, assured us they would. The tech didn't arrive until 10:15AM and did not give us a call as requested. As I tried to explain to Tiffany, if we are scheduled between 8-12, then shouldn't we be the first stop? Otherwise, give us a window time of 10-2. She didn't seem to understand the logic so I gave up trying.

On one occasion, they said tech would be arrive between 8-12. We got up early to have breakfast and removed everything off the counter where the work was going to be done. Then we get a call around 9AM to inform us that the tech called in sick and they need to reschedule. For such a large company, I am surprise there is not enough manpower to support situations like this. Every where I've ever worked, management always makes sure there is enough coverage in case someone is out sick. Needless to say, this pushed us back another day and we had to reschedule with the other sub-contractors.

SERVICE:
The don't seem to have a high standard of customer service. Of all the contractors we've received service from, they possess lack of friendliness, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency. However, the last guy who was here was the most proficient. He really took his time and was very thorough. The second guy left without cleaning up all the drywall dust from drilling into the walls. Allen who was the third tech who came out was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after himself which was very appreciated. He treated us the way he would want to be treated and respected our home as though it was his.

OVERALL: They do good work but they need to improve on their customer service and communication. If you do use them, definitely ask for Allen. He's the guy you want!!
