Best New Home Plumbing in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

In my review, I acknowledged the company and who you were trained by, not who you are in a relationship with...But yes, keep it professional. Your frustration from the truth of my review, is understandable, considering the facts. Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

I was stood up by another contractor, so I called Anthony's Plumbing and received same day service! Two professional plumbers arrived within a few hours, provided a no bull quote, and completed the job within the hour. In addition, they were about $100 cheaper than my original quote. If you need a plumber, call Anthony's Plumbing, you won't be disappointed.

I would not recommend these guys for any work at all. So I have a clogged main drain call them out here. Gentleman shows up and says he clears the leak
been here less then 30 minutes and its a $300.00 charge which would have been totally fine if it solved my problem. Few days later I smell raw sewage walk
around house see that the caps were not put back on the risers after he cleared the leak so I'm not sure how long I was backing up again. Call the company back
they say if i want someone back out they are going to charge me again for the same problem I had them out in the first place for. We get in an argument then the
Manager calls back we go back and forth a little bit then he says that he is going to get someone back out here to see if we can fix the problem. Now its been 30 hours
since the call back and I have yet to hear anything. Just handed this company $300 bucks for nothing. Run from the hills from these guys!!!!

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. He educated us on how our system works and what we can do to make sure we are keeping the system healthy (ultimately will save us a lot of money going forward!). Very knowledgeable and personable. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

I had just closed on my home and had been working on moving all my things in. After 3 days of moving all my things into my new home, I thought, “ I need to do laundry” I go to get the caps off the valves to connect the washer when all went horribly wrong! As soon as I twisted the valve the pressure of the water blasted the cap off. I frantically tried to shut the valve off and nothing. The damage from water blasting with high pressure for 15 minutes completely destroyed the upstairs Laundry room, downstairs kitchen and family room. Very thankful that Rooter Ranger came out as quick as they did before a broken valve cause more water damaged to my newly purchased home. I am even more grateful I got Casey as the person who came out to my home and walked me through to shutting the main water line off in a matter of seconds. He also explained the entire process and made me feel at ease in such a bad situation. Highly recommend!

Once again, we needed a plumber at my house. We purchased two new faucets for the bathroom and needed them professionally installed because there was a leak and significant calcium buildup on all the valves which needed to be replaced as well.. I called Mr. Rooter and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I got a call the day of the repair to confirm the appointment and Dan, the technician was right on time. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.After giving us a quote on the repairs, we told him to continue. He was fast and thorough. After the repairs, he checked the valves on all the faucets and tested our water for hardness.I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will call them again for my plumbing needs. If you get Dan Dein as your technician, I know you will receive excellent service.

There’s so much to say, I could write a short story here. In a time when customer service isn’t really commonplace; this company takes it up past the top notch. From the first phone call and friendly voice on the line, things were great. Service was same day and within 2 hours of the call. They texted a photo of the tech coming out AND a bit of their ‘story’ before they ever arrive.
