We recently bought a house and called Simple Electric to fix an outside pump switch. The service from start to finish was top notch. The woman from customer service was pleasant, professional and courteous. And unlike most companies, they do not charge a fee just to show up at your door, which, in my opinion, shows integrity.  The day of the appointment went just as well as the service call. Jacob, the technician, was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and honest. It ended up that the switch was not broken and it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you Simple Electric,  for being an honest company. We will be using you again for our future renovation projects.

I had hired a different electrical company to install outdoor lighting a few weeks ago and was deeply disappointed by deceptive practices and shotty service so I was a little leery. I spoke to a representative at George Brazil who arranged for a quote. .The stellar customer service experience started there. When the electrician arrived I braced myself and prepared to be overcharged. The quote was a little more than expected but I wanted the project completed. That's where it started! Jon's attention to detail was obvious from the beginning. After a couple of hours I was invited to see the finished work and I was OVERJOYED and changed my mind about the cost. It was worth it! The site was clean and he went above and beyond to make it PERFECT! He even went further into sharing instructions that might come in handy later. I could NOT be happier. Great job on replacing all of our outlets and switches. Communication and scheduling was easy. Clarence arrived on time and knocked it out of the park. We were expecting the new switches and outlets to look better than what we had before, we weren't expecting them to really bring the remodel together and really make the house look so nice. Thanks Clarence and Jacki for doing such a great job, appreciate it!

We have used Rod Electric several times to restore power after an electrical fire at our customer's homes. They have always been professional and done quality work which makes us look good.

I have worked with Allied Electric Technology for a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about Stacy and his team. All of the technicians are knowledgeable and professional, which is extremely important as a Property Manager. I know I can call Stacy and not worry about the job or when it will be completed. My mother in law had the electrician came to her house because a breaker was malfunctioning. The electrician stated she needed a breaker box/panel at the price of $8,000. Based on this she gave a $3000 deposit. I suggested she get a few other opinions and all 3 opinions stated it was absolutely not necessary. This electrician proceeded to continue to “hard sell” her on the needed panel after she said she was canceling. His persistence became so bad that I was brought in, on a merged call, to tell him that the work was not going to be completed. My mother in law is recently widowed. The electrician was aware of this and this was absolutely predatory on Parker and Sons. She has been FIGHTING for her refund for over a month and getting the same run around that it’s being “processed”. DO NOT give this company any deposits and get additional opinions for any work these people suggest. They can debit $3000 instantly, but they take months to refund…still waiting for that refund.

An absolutely great company to work for everybody is very professional and willing to help you on your journey to become a better employee . I've never had a better experience. Very well trained and organized I'm only a temp but I wish to be hired on in the future.

Randy and Tyra of ATR have performed several jobs for us over the last couple of months. We found them after a slew of other companies overcharged and disappointed - ATR is total opposite of that, you get what you pay for and then some. The quality of their work, their dependability, their pricing, and their friendly nature make them our go-to company for all things home repair! This week they completed a new backsplash for us at our home in Ahwatukee/phoenix and holy cow it is nice! We paid a fraction of the cost that others estimated and our kitchen is beautiful! Had an electrical problem on a sunday web site said they did 24/7 emergency left 3 voice mails with promise to get back to me nothing I got another place and got to talk to an actual human and got my problem resolved left a 4th voice mail to cancel they called monday to help so no stars mmm have to do a star to post but I'm doing it unwilling
