Not sure if the electrician was having a bad day but because his schedule didn't work for an afternoon or weekend appointment due to me working days I was immediately hung up on and told that my work order with my insurance company would be cancelled. Unfortunately, the customer service was not there with this company and in this line of business that's key for me.

Very pleased with the information provided. Dennis was very knowledgeable and provided me an estimate for a whole house generator system installed complete, however the bid came in somewhat higher than expected.

I highly recommend Gabe and this company.This was our first time using them and now that we found we won't take our business anywhere else.

From the first call--on a Sunday morning no less--every contact was friendly and professional. I thought something had happened with my water heater but turned out to be the electrical running to it. Fernando came in , very friendly, answered any questions, got the job done and cleaned up.Very pleased with my overall experience.

Definitely without question finally found a good company I can refer out when people ask! Called because my kitchen outlets weren’t working. They came out the same week, replaced the gfi that was bad/ showed me the cracks in it and how old it was- also showed me where my other gifs were and how to reset them if I were to ever lose power in them again! They were also very reasonably priced!! 5 stars in my book!

I've already used Cricket Residential Electricians twice, and they've done an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Connor is a nice person who is professional, hardworking, and adaptable. He replaced my house's electrical panel and offered me the most excellent price. I had to leave to go to work for the electrical panel replacement, but I had no concerns about leaving him alone in my house. Cricket Residential Electricians will be my go-to electrician in the future. I absolutely loved their service! I will definitely recommend them to others.

What more could I ask for? Showed up on time me, price was upfront and clear, thr electrician was accommodating, I am very happy.

The electricians from Wise Owl Electricians did an excellent job installing electrical outlets in our kitchen. Colin arrived on time and completed his job with a high level of professionalism. I wasn't sure whether what we were trying to do in the kitchen could be done, but he managed to get everything to work perfectly. After the job was over, he cleaned up all of the materials. Even though his project cost was pretty cheap, I believe I should have paid him more than the asked price. From beginning to end, the work was excellent. I will return as a customer.

Formen lack people skills, lousy communication skills. They never teach you anything and complain about your work and never shows any appreciation. Always hunting down parts and tools, never enough to supply everyone. Very very unorganized! I've never seen such a joke of a company in my life. If you actually like doing electrical or want to learn DONT come here! You will hate it for sure.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

If you are in need of electrical services you will be very happy with the work performed by the Mighty Electricians. Our house needed ceiling lighting and switches added to our family room and kitchen. The professionalism and service provide was outstandi!! The work performed exceeded our expectations. The new lighting makes the rooms look like they where remodeled.

They also added the necessary 110 v and 220v electrical receptacles to our garage 8 years ago. The work performed was outstanding that is why iwhen we need an electrician we call Mighty Electricians

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

I was originally recommended to Mike Waskowich, owner of Creative Electric Company by another electrician who no longer was able to do work which requires climbing up a ladder into an attic. I had purchased three ceiling fans and an entry way hanging light fixture and needed electrical run from the attic into the kitchen and office ceilings. Memo the Foreman, and Guillermo, electrician, both arrived promptly at 7:30 AM and got everything done in a timely and orderly manner. Both gentlemen were very polite and professional and we could not be any happier with their work!
