Best Home Maintenance Needs in Phoenix AZ

I called Arizona Electrical Solutions for an install of my landscape lighting system. Will came out and gave me an assment based on what I was wanting for my front and back yard.
He presented me with, brochures of landscape lighting collections from Vista and FX. I was looking for something Led. His bid was fair and complete. His team had my project done with in two days. They cleaned up the trenches and yard nicely. I'm happy to recommend them!

During the monsoons a tree was down in the backyard of one of our rental houses. I ended up calling them around 9:00pm and they were able to get out there that night. Although they needed a part that wasn't on the truck that evening, they were great - from the office to the tech. They called me at 7:30am that next morning and advised me they were moving a tech to our job immediately, since it was an emergency. I can't say enough about how great they were and how it made a stressful situation (trying to coordinate the renter with the electrician with the landscaper to remove the tree) a bit less stressful. AND it ended up being about $300 less than we thought it would be.

We hired Jeff and Phoenix Contracting Services to help solve an unexpected electrical problem. Jeff showed up and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Jeff made a difficult situation seem easy. I'm so glad we found Phoenix Contracting Services. I would highly recommend this company!

I bought an old house this summer and the A/C went out within the first 2 weeks after closing. I called George Brazil and they had someone out that day. Rose was my technician and she had me shadow her while she worked. She was fast and figured out what was wrong even with out the A/C info on the side of the unit. Thankfully I did not need a new unit (yet). Rose was great and did a great job!

Great electricians and one of the best overall contractors in Phoenix. I used a different electrician one time just because they arrived faster and they spent a day making a mess and not fixing anything. Tap came over and fixed my issue in 15 minutes and then cleaned up the other guys mess. Top notch company.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

Kerwin helped me and my business (Union Hills Animal Hospital) with what was probably a very minor problem for them. He was very helpful, the repair was done professionally and quickly and came in under what I thought it would cost, something that happens rarely. I would recommend them highly!

We experienced a brown out last night. Called APS this morning, they came out promptly and confirmed I needed an electrician. I haven’t had the best luck in the past with electricians and didn’t have any I knew to call. So I went on Yelp and started reading reviews. Long story shorter I called and left a message with Matt at Apollo. He texted me back soon thereafter and was at my house shortly after that-I was stunned. He assessed the situation, told me what I needed, had to pick up a part and was back fixing the problem quickly. He had my house up and running in 1.5hrs. I cannot believe that this kind of service still exists. His fee was very reasonable-he could have overcharged me-it’s Phx in July-but he didn’t. I am having him come back to fix my other smaller electrical issues. Thank you Matt, honestly! You were a pleasant surprise.

We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

Parker & Sons is our go to for our home needs. Our water heater ruptured and they replaced it with a brand new unit for a reasonable price. Our air conditioner needed maintenance service to ensure it continuously works and they serviced it for a reasonable price. Our hallway bathroom tub and shower was linking and stopped up. They fixed it for a reasonable price and it works like brand new. They are the best at what they do and guarantee their work. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.
