Mike really knows he's doing. He diagnosed the cause of my clothes dryer not working in about 10 minutes. First, let me say, he went out of his way to squeeze an appointment in for me, which is GREAT! Next, he was extremely professional and amazingly adept in figuring out exactly what the problem was. He was in and out within AN HOUR and at a fair price, too! Excellent service; Highly recommend :)

Showed up late and last minute to fix my washer and dryer. Great service and stayed to ensure everything was running properly .

I almost didn't leave a review because I am embarrassed. Hank arrived on time and was professional and courteous. We needed our thermostat replaced. The first thing he did was check the batteries. The dead batteries. Once the air was blowing cold again he changed our embarrassingly dirty filter. There was no charge for either of these services. As much as I would like to pretend the entire thing never happened - I can't let such kind service go unremarked upon.

This place was great. I had no power in my home during the day. I have dog's and it is very important to me that they are comfortable and Phoenix Electricians Today understood my concern. Ken & Caidan came out to give me an estimate. They were friendly, courteous & knowledgeable & HONEST. I had the kitchen recessed can lights changed out to LED can lights, also LED ribbon lights installed over the great room beam & over the fireplace & installed a large chandelier on a 16+ sloped ceiling. The chandelier was a challenge as there were problems with a part to hang it & communication with the lighting co. Ken & Mike handled the problem with professionalism & patience. I would definitely recommend Ken, Mike & Caidan & would use them again.

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.
