My house has had a ton of electrical issues and I’ve had Gabe come out for every one of them. Each one he has resolved quickly and at the EXACT price he quoted me. Consummate professional who has been doing this for years and it shows.

I would never recommend this company. Had them out twice. While the tech did an a great job diagnosing the problem with my heat pump, the prices he quoted to do simple repairs were outrageous! 1st time he diagnosed a bad thermostat. Quoted $200 for the same thermostat Home Depot sells for $22.00. 2 nd time he found a broken wire. He quoted $391 to splice with a $.20 cent wire nut! Obviously out to rip you off while claiming to have awards for being an ethical company.

Unreliable and did not honor special rate and was told it was a huge miss understanding for trying to use the special rate on Saturday. Booked a Plumbing service to unclog drain at special rate $77.00 online. Received phone call confirming the information provided and the use of the coupon. the person was putting me on the board for Friday at some time with a technician in the area. I confirmed with her if this was today (Friday) and was told yes. No one came and no call after I spent the entire day available. Saturday at 3pm I receive a call the tech is still tied up at another location but will be there shortly and my coupon not valid ' I'm sorry this is a huge misunderstanding but its going to cost you more for him to come. - This is how they do business ? keep you waiting and then charge you more? No attempt by the individual to rectify the situation of their huge misunderstanding. I canceled and will not use again

Every tech from the lead journeyman to the
apprentice that was at my home was professional in every way. Everyone arrived at the time promised. Every question was answered and explained.
What I mean by professionally is not just doing the job correctly, which is always important, but conducting themselves as guest in my home, not like crude construction workers. The conduct of employees speak volumes of a company.
Everyone that I had contact with, from answering the phone to the work on my home gave me confidence that I made the right choice. If I were not retired, if I were an electrician and if I were looking fo a job, this would be the kind of company I would like work for.

A/C stopped working, called on a Saturday morning and tech was out that afternoon. System was installed new by Parker & Sons 4 years ago, still under warranty. Tech did not have part to make the repair, was going to order it and give me a status report on Monday morning. Then tech tried to sell me on a surge protector for the HVAC system. Said it was necessary but could not tell me why they didn't install one when they first put the system in. If it was that necessary, why wasn't it installed then? Of course, got no answer. Received no call on Monday. Called first thing Tuesday to get a status, was told they had received the part on Monday and are ready to finish the repair. Tech came out on Tuesday afternoon and finished. Was then informed that there was a $95 charge that was called a deductible. First explanation was that we did not do the necessary system inspections and that's why we were being charged. I informed the tech that inspections were done and paperwork could be produced. Inspections were done by another company due to lack of professionalism from Parker & Sons. Second explaination for the charge was due to the cost of location and picking up the needed part, the part that was under warranty. Paid the charge and called the CS rep that I initially talked to, was given his voice mail. Still waiting for a call back, it's been over a week. I've been told that I must buy an inspection package thru Parker & Sons or the remaining 6 years on the warranty will be null and void. I have talked to four people there to try and explain all the reasons for my disatisfaction (we have had other garbage work done by them), but nobody cares to listen. I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism, lack of quality work, constant upselling of unnecessary products and services, no returning of phone calls and upper management indifference. I figure I have 6 more years of them holding me hostage before I can deal with a company that cares more about their customers.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!
