I requested Cricket residential electricians in Phoenix to install a LED kitchen light that I was having difficulty with installing myself. They were very quick to come out and get it installed correctly. They did a safety inspection to see what would be needed brought up to code and left me a detailed estimate of anything that they recommend being upgraded. I used parker and sons for a brand new AC installation as my old AC unit was old and cheap breaking down every 6 months. Nate came by and gave me a free estimate which I felt was a good value based off of the other estimates I received. I ended up choosing them with some really good home Depot financing options they offered. Installation was easy as they were flexible and communicative. The only thing I did not like was the point of sale at install where the installers offered a few more add ons including coil protection, AC filters and surge protectors. The reason I did not like this was I felt like these should have been offered at the estimate vs at install making it feel more like a pressure sale. Other than that everything was excellent.

There're guy who know what there're doing. The take care of business and do their job right the first time. And they're good people to be around.
