We had some bad circuits, j boxes left exposed by another company in our attic, ceiling fans needing light kits installed and some canister lights that had gone bad. Wiring Pros are the best. Having sold electrical supplies in the past I have been around a lot of electricians and contractors but these guys are on another level. Darryl is transparent and easy to work with which is key. I had a weird setup on an old pool pump that I had replaced and relocated but it was next to a gas line. These guys had one peek and provided a menu of options which all would have worked. But I threw another curveball at them and they pivoted quickly to accommodate my request. They showed up a day early and knocked it all out in one day. They cleaned up really well after themselves as well which goes to show their dedication to their jobs. I would highly recommend them as there are not many companies like this around.

Alex was very prompt, very tidy, thorough in explaining the positive & negative of what our scope of electrical work required. The work we asked him to complete wasn't an exciting job for him nor was it a huge money maker for him but he was as attentive to our needs as if this was a huge, custom job! We will definately continue to call Alex at Arc Electrical for any electrical issues we have for any of our properties.

Had an appointment to get some jobs estimated on Friday, 6/25/21 between 11 to 2. 1 PM I called and was not able to get a person on the line. I left a message and no one has called me back. No show for the appointment. Looking for someone else.

Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment online (1/26/2022) along with speaking with a representative from Penguin Air to service my A/C unit. I received a text confirming my appointment for 2/1/2022, (First Available). I took the day off from work and waited at my house all day. Penguin Air did not show up, they did not call my number, they did not text, nor did they e-mail me. Their lack of communication and unprofessional approach to handling a new customer ensures I will not be doing business with them. I should have known when their text said First Available, meaning the customer has to wait at their home all day for them to just show up.I realize others experience may have been more positive, but the fact that Penguin Air lacked basic customer service to reach out to me, and inform me that they would not be able to meet the agreed upon appointment. I wasted a vacation day for them. I will not waste another day on them.

I have the greatest confidence in his work knowing that it meets all code requirements and is priced fair. I have peace of mind knowing the work is done right and will highly recommend him.
