I called OneShot to take care of a few outlets that weren’t working.
Gabe came out the very next day and fixed the issue right away.
He was professional and he explained everything he was doing.

A few days after the initial visit, some of the outlets weren’t working. I called back and he immediately came back and investigate a broken wire that was causing problems at other outlets.

I think I surprised Justin by saying, Let's do it. The price was fair and installation was two days later. Thst brings me to Jacob and the installation team. They were polite, professional, and efficient beyond my expectations. The coordination of delivering the new unit, followed by the arrival of the installation crew, and at just the right time, the crane operator showed up. The entire process was about 3 hours. I don't know why I was so hesitant to do this sooner.Great company! Excellent staff! I highly recommend the company with a full five stars. Thank you Penguin Air!
