Best Changing Out in Phoenix AZ

A wonderful experience all the way through our kitchen lighting project. Our servicemen was a guy named Eric. He came to give us an estimate on having new canned lights and pendant lights wired and installed on our kitchen. He was kind enough to give a fair estimate and go with me to Home Depot to get supplies and the the right fixtures for our project. He started the very same day. Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! My wife is a realtor and she will definitely refer Arizona Electrical Solutions to her clients in need! Thanks Will and Dave!!!

Great service and professional work. Turn it on came out initially to do an free estimate. They communicated well the exact cost and additional options respectfully. Once I decided to go thru with installation, they were able to come out quickly and get it done under an hour. Rob did the installation and he was friendly and respectful and quick!

This was the second company I contacted about an issue in my home. David answered the phone and got me scheduled right away. When he got to the house I described the problem and he went to work. It seemed like only 15 minutes and he was done! He was very professional, courteous and efficient. The rate for repair was reasonably priced as well. It was so good that we discussed future projects. These are great electricians! The guys that came out did a super job of fixing our messy electrical in an older home that we are renovating, and installing new fixtures. They installed and removed everything very quickly too! BIG thanks to Brian, who came for our estimate, and Jay, Kyle and (Robert, i think!) for doing such a great job with the work. You guys are awesome, will definitely spread the word and use again if the need arises! A+ job fellas!!

Aleksay was amazing! Very prompt responding to my initial email inquiry. Even asked if I had tried a few things before contacting him (in case it was a minor issue). He arrived early, was very personable, and answered all my questions about what was going on. My dog also loved him! 11/10. Would recommend.

Proffessional, Courteous and Prompt

David was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed a broken switch and added two other timer switches. The job was done well, he kept us informed as he worked. We will use Rich Electrical Services for any future jobs.
