I'm new to Arizona and picked Parker & Sons based on the volume of high quality reviews - they've definitely earned all of those five star ratings! I was able to schedule my service online, which was super convenient, and the level of transparency and communications from the company really exceeded my expectations. The company was great about confirming the appointment and keeping me updated on the technician's arrival time via texts and phone calls, and even let me know who would be handling my service visit. The technician, Isaiah, was a highly skilled, personable professional who took the time to explain the work he was doing and to answer all of my questions. I feel I got a fair price for the work that was done and am confident in the quality of work that he did. I will definitely hire Parker & Sons for future work - I even got an estimate for some projects I'd like to have done! I've had some bad experiences in the past with contractors in the state where I used to live, and always dread having work done on the house. I'm so happy to find a company that I can trust and rely upon!
