Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! Had a electrician come out to install a new breaker box and connection to the city, a ground wire, stove wire replaced, and ceiling fan in multiple rooms. The ground wire is exposed through my pool area and has been criticized multiple times by other contractors. The fans he installed did not rout to a switch, but instead put the outlet on the switch. There are several other issues we are finding out a year later that they did in our attic. The breaker box is up to code and looks good, but everything else has been problems. Especially for nearly 5k in work. Will never use them again and i highly recommend getting another company to inspect the work once it is completed. Apparently you only have like 120 days to make a complaint about it to the licensing board.

We contacted George Brazil at 0800 and by 1020 our technician had arrived. Gabriel diagnosed the problem and notified APS that they had some issue to resolve. We then decided to have some long overdue maintenance done on our panel and he did that quickly and efficiently.APS arrived and Gabriel briefed their tech on the problem, which was quickly corrected.Overall this expensive experience was made a little bit easier to take due to the friendly and professional manner with which Gabriel conducted himself.George Brazil - you have good man there - you should keep him

We had Gary out to our office to do some various small jobs. One was installing a new kitchen faucet in our breakroom. After he left, there were issues with the faucet so we thought. He came back to our office and replaced the faucet at no charge. It wasn't the faucet issue at all. It was a problem with the hot water heater and the pressure to the faucet. Gary went above and beyond working hard to fix this issue. He is very nice, and I will definitely ask for him when I request Handyman Connection again. I highly recommend their service.
