My husband and I recently bought a house that needed some work. Some of the problems were with the electric box and the GFCI outlets. We called Mike to come out and fix the problems in the electric box. I am so glad we did. Not only did Mike get to our house in Apache Junction quickly, but he fixed the problem in the electric box in 15 minutes. Since he was there he took a look at the GFCI outlets as well. It turned out that the outlets weren't bad like we thought and had just been wired incorrectly. Mike quickly rewired all of the outlets and they all work perfectly now. Mike is not only very reasonably priced, but he is also very ethical. He could have replaced the GFCI's saying they were bad and charged us more and we wouldn't have known any different. If we have any more electrical problems we will definitely be calling Mike again.

Hostel work environment and favoritism.

Had an appointment for Rod to come out to give me a bid on some work I want to do to my house, the appointment was from 2-4pm I called and confirmed the appointment that morning. They never showed up. I called the office twice that afternoon and no one picked up the phone.. I waited over a week to write this review, thinking they would reach out and try to re schedule or least apologize. Haven't heard back from them, in my opinion that shows their professionalism.

We had the good fortune to have her sent out on our first call to Watt Masters to install outdoor fans on our patio. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. I was getting ready to leave town on personal business in 5 days. My electrical panel was having some issues so I called several Electricians to make an appointment. All were at least two weeks out before they could come to my place. I came across Castle Electric in one last Google search… They were great. They were able to come out on the same day and trouble shoot my problem. It required a panel replacement, which they took care of everything with APS and the City permitting and replaced the panel the next day. John went out of his way to make my home safe and allow my family to keep our plans. Great quality work as well. Thank you!

Extremely poor customer service. Nathan in the front office is very friendly on the phone while he deceives you by telling you what you want to hear. He is completely incompetent as he jerked my little old mother around for WEEKS to complete a bathroom fan repair. She is now forced to use Quality Electric again through American Home Shield Warranty. We asked technician Conner as well as Nathan if this would be another eternity for them to complete & were assured it would be timely. It is not. Conner failed to show up for 2nd scheduled appt. and won't answer his phone which has NO voicemail for messages. From 3:00 - 5:00 on Friday, no one would answer the office phone nor did they return my message. At 5:00 the voicemail promptly said closed till Monday. This voicemail is full and will not accept new messages. The on-call technician did not return my call. This company wants your home warranty service fee and then fails to complete the job in any sort of timely manner. I will be filing a complaint with American Home Shield & BBB.

We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

Called for appointment waited 2 weeks but was ok since I read it was a good company. Called prior to appointment to make sure was on the schedule. Was assured I was on the schedule and maybe they could come sooner. The date of the original appointment came and went and never heard back. No missed calls no emails. Called another electrician.

Our AC stopped working, we called Penguin, Elmer came out same day on a Saturday, and was able to do the repair and get our AC running again, highly recommended!
