We had Tap and Sons Electric out on a commercial job and a residential home, and I cannot tell you how wonderful the experience was. We had to get conduit re-run for the upstairs AC. Calling around was ridiculous. Plenty of businesses would get called up, give us a ridiculous estimate and then charge nearly $100 for the consultation alone. Google the job and the estimate is $600-$800. Consults said $3,000. This kept happening. Or other calls just said they didn't want to do it. David Rich did it, called when he couldn't get here right away, handled everything he needed, and communicated everything. It was wonderful and it's such a relief.

The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

I have never been treated so horrible. First when they came out they replaced one piece that didn’t fix the problem. 2. APS did ALL the work. 3. They had me sign a blank form, which happened to be the bill before it was the bill. 4. When the company called I told them I would call them when I got home and immediately this person verbally attacked me and telling me they would put a lien on my house for $415.00 and accused me of not owning the house and hung up on me very very rude. Then I receive a bill for $515.00 So this person increased the bill by $100. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!
