Following an electrical repair your technician advised that our 1974 wall box should be upgraded and,upon request scheduled for an estimate. Installation went smoothly and on schedule.
The teams of technicians were courteous and informative when they arrived. It took 4 days, start to city inspection and sign off. We are relieved to have our electrical supply system fully functional and up to code. Thank you. Great job.

My experience with tio was awesome. This is the second time I have used them. I cannot speak more highly of them they're on time they're efficient they send you the same test if you request they clean up their mess they clean up after themselves they even bring a little vacuum and they dust everything back off and they're just really nice and they're very helpful they point out suggestions to improve electric users in your own home and say Hey you know what I see you have all those cords sticking out there do you want us to Maybe put them in the wall I mean things you know you need to do but you just forget to do I just love these guys I will continue to use them for everything thank you very much Much you guys are awesome.

I called them because my GFI in the kitchen blew, I thought I could replace it myself, but it didn't work. He came out and told me that I had my wires crossed. He charged me nothing for the inspection, but offered to fix it for me. Very courteous and professional. Will use again and recommend to anyone who needs electrical help.

Had a electrician come out to install a new breaker box and connection to the city, a ground wire, stove wire replaced, and ceiling fan in multiple rooms. The ground wire is exposed through my pool area and has been criticized multiple times by other contractors. The fans he installed did not rout to a switch, but instead put the outlet on the switch. There are several other issues we are finding out a year later that they did in our attic. The breaker box is up to code and looks good, but everything else has been problems. Especially for nearly 5k in work. Will never use them again and i highly recommend getting another company to inspect the work once it is completed. Apparently you only have like 120 days to make a complaint about it to the licensing board.

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

We are so blessed that I found Aleksey. He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable about His craft and I can tell that He cares. His prices are also very fair. He installed my lights in the house and also at the patio, installed the chandelier, fans and switches . Exceeded my expectations. It has taken me awhile to find an Electrician of this caliber. Our electrician, David, was prompt and on-time. Super impressed with how quickly our car charger was installed by Wiring Pros. Wiring pros did a site survey and then came out the next day to install. We were originally going to go through dealer-recommended AZCarCharging.com, but that place still has not even gotten back to us even after a site audit. All of the work done by Wiring Pros was excellent quality. David came prepared, got the job done, and was highly personable also.

Unfortunately both of my shower handles broke I bought new ones at Lowes but the shower handle wasn’t broken it was the cartridge. I called George Brazil because I was desperate and while they did a great job fixing my showers. I feel their prices are outrageous $760 was what I was charged for 2 cartridge replacements.. I looked online and the most expensive cartridge I found was about $50.. They were upfront about the price and I was desperate so I paid it.. but almost $800, I feel robbed.. anyway I’m treating my showers like gold now.. another thing I was disappointed about they don’t set a realistic appointment it’s just a 8am-5pm window..

They gave me a quote of $1500 for a job and then tried to nearly double it. When I told them we have a contract and I’m paying no more I was called racial slurs then they walked off the job without finishing.

A friend recommended Rich Electrical to help with a wacky wiring issue I discovered in an outlet that resulted in half my home going dark. The technician, Fabian, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and explained step by step what he was doing and why. Got the outlet reinstalled, discovered that a breaker had been fried, got that replaced just as quick as the drive to the nearest hardware store. Couldn't have been a more smooth and easy experience. I highly recommend Rich Electrical and their excellent technicians.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

Alex from Barone Electric came out 45 minutes after i called them. He found the reason my bathroom light-switch was shocking my kids and fixed it within an hour. He cleaned up his mess, was respectful while walking me through the problem and made sure i was 100% satisfied before he left. I will use Barone electric whenever I need an electrician.
