We had the pleasure of working with Maurice & Stephen from Simple Electric recently when we initiated several electrical projects at our new home in Phoenix. This included moving ceiling fans, installing lights in the attic, adding plugs outside and in the garage and installing carriage lights on the front of our home. We were so pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness. I’m not certain we’ve ever had a tidier duo of tradesmen in our home. I had Arizona Electrical Solutions do a ton of work on my condo. They did everything very well. Very responsive, polite, and punctual. I'm so relieved I found these guys and have peace of mind knowing I have my electrical needs covered in Phoenix! Strongly recommend.

John does high quality work and does not take short cuts. He is also very organized and completes the work on time when promised.

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

I have never been treated so horrible. First when they came out they replaced one piece that didn’t fix the problem. 2. APS did ALL the work. 3. They had me sign a blank form, which happened to be the bill before it was the bill. 4. When the company called I told them I would call them when I got home and immediately this person verbally attacked me and telling me they would put a lien on my house for $415.00 and accused me of not owning the house and hung up on me very very rude. Then I receive a bill for $515.00 So this person increased the bill by $100. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!

Had a job walk scheduled at Meade's preferred time. Meade no called no showed for one of our highly demanding and loyal customers. This review reflects they did not return my phone call to even reschedule.

Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

The young man who came to my house was very pleasantly. However when I received his estimate to repair the leak coming from a wall under the stair well I was shocked. It was over $800.00. I decided to get another estimate, but I still had to pay you $261.000 just for you to come out. I said that I would need to get another estimate and thank goodness I did. Another company is charging me $95.00 to come out and replace a part. They said they did not understand why your quote was so high. I believe I should get a refund from you.

I called the company over the course of two days which happened to be after hours. The only option available was to leave a voice message for the on call electrician. I left three messages in two days and never received a return call.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.
