Tom did an amazing job with the laundry list of jobs we gave him in our fixer upper including replacing our electrical panel, repairing outlets in multiple rooms and repairing lights. The owner at Proficient Electrical is amazing and saved me tons of $$ and time! To say he and his crew went above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. They came in to do a full house rewire job for a 3 story building and the entire project got done on time and on budget with no issues whatsoever. Their team is highly professional, they work very neatly/ efficiently AND they know what they are doing. They went out of their way to clearly explain everything and made sure all of the out of code work done by a previous contractor was corrected. The owner is very responsive by phone and text and was always onsite working hard to make sure things were done right the first time. There were a few challenges because of other renovation work being done at the property but the Proficient team was very adaptable and still able to get the electrical rewired flawlessly. Jon gave us an honest opinion and fair estimate. He explained every step of the process. Jon and his partner were very thorough, prompt, and professional. They also plaster any openings left by their work. We had 2 outlets installed, one outlet moved, under cabinet lights installed and ceiling fan also. Pricing was reasonable and I feel safe knowing the job was completed by professionals who are conscientious! Plus they cleanup and take trash with them.
