Very professional, neat and reliable. Called for quote on grounding installation. Mason and another gentleman showed up timely and completed the work professionally and neatly. Also needed main cable box installation they returned with another gentleman and completed the work. Even the gentleman who scheduled the services in the office was pleasant, patient and very kind. Since I work from home and could not afford being without power during the week, he accommodated me with Saturday service. …next day!! In short he quoted and provide his service within one day…WOW!! Elvis, Skerdi, and Edison did great electrical work on my house.

They did not resolve the issue. They came three times and switched outlets, charged for them and left. The problem (lights turning off) was not solved and kept recurring. They do not have the expertise to trouble shoot or resolve the issue. Their most experienced electrician does not come to site and tries to trouble shoot over the phone. The nice people who come only know how to change outlets and charge for it.

Gen 3 was very professional. The agents on the phone were friendly and helpful with scheduling. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. They told me what they were going to do and got it done in the time stated. Everything works well would definitely use them again.

My goodness, we live on the main line and had a list of things that were forgotten by our last team. We hired them because of a recommendation and wow did this team deliver. They drove out, installed multiple ceiling fans, diagnosed and rectified multiple wiring issues throughout the house, cleaned after themselves impeccably, and were so honest, kind, and fair we will never go elsewhere. Faith in contractors beyond restored!

My entire home had knob and tube wiring and it all needed to be replaced. Live Wire did a great job replacing all the electrical and adding in additional outlets as well as installing internet drops throughout the house and an integrated Smoke Detector/Carbon Monoxide detectors. Professional work, great communication and done in a timely manner. Would absolutely use again and would recommend to anyone that asks.

I don't have enough kind and amazing words to say about Express power. John and Eric were by far the best contractors I have ever had in my home. Firstly, John came right out to my house to give me a formal estimate of a complete house re-wire to replace old knob and tube and to upgrade to 200 amp service. The price was by far better than the 3 other quotes I received. They were able to change scheduling when I had issues with the closing on my house which was so helpful and accommodating. The work was done in an incredibly clean manner and they explained everything as the work progressed. They left the home completely clean from all material and trash. John and Eric were very respectful, kind, and generous even helping us with extra patch work in drywall. I called yesterday, late on a Saturday afternoon, believing that I needed emergency service. Arthur answered the phone and I explained what was going on. He suggested that I call the local power company first and it turned out the issue was with them. It was a huge relief to be walked through the problem to the solution!! Especially a free solution!! To me this demonstrated a true professionalism and integrity. I’ve heard often enough people complain about the ‘high cost’ of hiring an electrician but Arthur’s assistance was priceless.
