They were pretty professional in a way. The price was a bit steep and the person who’s as supposed to come out and inspect the breaker box was never able to come out and inspect it which was a little annoying but overall they did everything they needed to.

Great experience. I would definitely use this company again. Prices were fair as well.

These electricians arrived at my location to diagnose all of my circuit breakers in the cabinet. They were punctual and transparent about pricing, and I sincerely appreciate their honesty. They noticed that the breaker was fine and needed to be tightened instead of replaced, which saved me!

I wish I could agree with the other reviews. I'm a homeowner that does a lot of upgrades so I've had my fair share of contractors...some not so good experiences. I was excited to see the great reviews about this company so I reached out. The gentleman first stated that he didn't want to come out for an estimate and waste his time due to the pandemic and the War. I ignored that.He then was very rude and Basically annoyed that I was asking him basic questions, such as the number he can be reached. I'm so disgusted that it's hard to get good customer service today. Especially when you're spending good money. We have to do better

AM Electric send two nice gentleman out to replace a ceiling fixture. They worked well as a team to complete the job efficiently. They were very professional, courteous and had great customer service skills. Keep up the good work. Mary

Addendum:Important lesson: There are always 2 sides to every story. After some initial miscommunication, Gen 3 came out and fixed the problem with my thermostat efficiently and effectively. They were prompt and courteous (as they had always been in the past) and did a great job. Thank you for restoring my faith!Initial review:We hired Gen 3 to install some thermostats in our home. The estimate was quite high but I went with it since we have always been pleased with their work. The service appointment seemed fine but something went wrong with the installation and the boiler began to run full blast regardless of the thermostat settings. I called immediately when I realized the boiler was not communicating with the thermostat and spoke to a scheduler. They said they would call back but never did. I called again the next day and they sent someone out who was unqualified to fix the problem and who, quite frankly, was rude about it. He said they would send someone else but again they didn't call. When I finally got in touch with the office they said they weren't available during the times I could be home and it would be yet another day before they could send someone. Meanwhile, my heat is running full blast and it is 80 degrees in my house. I had to turn on the AC! This is not the type of customer service I would expect. Gen 3 should have been calling me and asking what they can do to make it right since it was their mistake rather than making me hunt them down and adjust my time to their schedule. Their motto is all about customer service but they certainly don't practice what they preach. Shame on you, Gen 3! You just lost a loyal customer.

We’ve used iTech for multiple fan installations recently at our new home - very prompt and professional service. John installed all the lighting fixtures around the outside of my house. It was a job I felt I may be able to do, but might take a whole weekend. Instead, I thought I would consult an electrician to get the job done quick and right. He exceeded my expectations and was done in less than an hour. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was very reasonable and I will surely be giving him more business since I would like to put grounds on all my outlets and install outlets in my bathroom.

Adelphia Electric came out today for a service call. Brian replaced a breaker on a pool panel for us and repaired a tripping breaker. He installed an outdoor GFCI outlet and bubble box on our deck. Additionally, Brian added a new outdoor outlet for my Traeger grill.Brian told us when he’d arrive and he showed up when expected. He hustled and did a really nice job. His work was clean and he explained everything well. I highly recommend Adelphia Electric and Brian.
