They were recommended by a friend when I needed a 240v outlet in my basement for a new dryer.From when they came by to do a quick assessment to completion, it took less than a week.The actual installation took less than a couple hours.Very friendly to work with, and understood exactly what I needed.Will call them again for any electrical work i need done in the future.

I would recommend At Home Electric to anyone who’s looking to get a job done well. The customers safety is top priority which is shown by how they wear masks and do other things to make sure that we are comfortable. They also don’t leave a mess for you to clean up. They put up security cameras in my house and left little to no clean up and made it look like they weren’t even in my house in the first place. Very friendly and easy to get along with. Very honest. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I have had two wonderful experiences with BG Electric. Ben was so nice and we highly recommend him. We had him out twice to come out and help fix multiple electrical problems in an old house with complicated wiring. Derek and Mac’s team was super responsive. Half of my house was running out of power and I made a call to Derek in the morning. He sent Mac here in 30 mins and they figured out the issue right away. They were very professional and transparent when it comes to the parts that need to be replaced. The price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician!

I think that the work is good, but he’s WILDLY EXPENSIVE! $185 per hour was quoted for a two hour job that turned into 3+ hours and $700!!! I just had two ceiling fans installed, but I regret how much I paid. The way I look at it, if that one guy is working 8 hours per day and working 5 days, he’s making $384,000 per year to hang fans. So after a few weeks…when the fans and lights went goofy on me, I called them to come & fix the problem. After 20 annoying text messages, they decided that they will not guarantee their work. They didn’t like my review, so they gave me a very hard time and I basically told them to go f&%# themselves. They claim I’m slandering them by sharing this review. Well, your work and your customer service will get the reviews it deserves. One final thing: what kind of electrician installs fans, charges a fortune and then tells you to “only use the switch, don’t use the remotes…it’ll mess it up?” That’s an electrician that does shoddy work and then refuses to stand by his work. You get what you give in this world. You gave me brand new, unusable ceiling fans and I’m giving you the review that you deserve.

Highly recommend Jim & sons electric. Ron came out on time finished the job and clean up after himself. Very polite and courteous towards any questions that I have. Also pricing are very reasonable. I am saving theirs contact information and will call them first for any other problem in the future.

Gen3 were great to work with - super easy and professional from start to finish. Kevin and Major did an excellent job in replacing all the lighting in our kitchen. Good communication from office (Stephen) and pre work evaluation with Josh. We will use Gen3 again!

I made the appointment on thumbtack thru nextdoor so hard to find electricians that show up and do it right. 3 guys showed up on time trouble shot the wiring in an older house. We had an other electrician replace all the receptacles and light switches but they failed to make the 2 ways and 3 ways work, These guys figured out what they did and fixed it right. the came in came up with an estimate fixed it same day. I thought they would have to come back but they did the job right away a little more complicated than they thought , honored their estimate which makes them a 5 star. Will use them again and refer them to friends. Thanks

I had called based on a friend’s recommendation, and I felt more comfortable knowing the business has been around for quite some time, and all of my expectations were exceeded. Ran into quite a few electrical issues when I purchased my first home, and I didn’t really know where to turn. Scheduling was amazing, and I managed to have someone (John) come out for service very quickly. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and gave me several options for how to remedy the issues, never felt any pressure in making a decision. Very personable, professional, and safe. Explained absolutely everything as he was completing the service, and it’s almost embarrassing to say, but I think he left my house cleaner in the areas he worked on than they were when he got there. Top notch service, would definitely use again for any electrical issues in the future. Would never use anyone else. A++
