Jergen installed our new panel and did a beautiful job making everything neat and clean in our over 60 year old house. Ben troubleshot our power outage in no time and with such ease! I had to contact Linc Electric for an emergency at my daughter's apartment outside of Temple University on a Saturday night after 11:00pm since I am several hours away and was unable to help. The phone was answered by a human who listened and was able to assure me she was safe and he could be there first thing the next morning. As promised he arrived 1st thing in the morning and the work was able to be completed in a couple hours even though it was a Sunday morning. Very nice and professional. Would recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work in the area!!!!!

Outstanding service! I was in a middle of getting a few upgrades at my home that was needed ASAP and then come to find, there was a serious problem with my circuit breaker panel. I was extremely upset, but Alex and his partner was able to access the problem, and resolve the issue immediately for me. Although I was extremely upset of the situation, they delt with my being upset and they hung in there professionally and got the job done for me immediately with much respect. Wonderful service and would most definitely use again when needed.

On July 12 the men came out to check my electric panel and charge me 55.00 dollars. I was ok with that but he said that if I wanted them to fix it, he would take 55.00 off my bill. And said he will send me a back down how much it would be to fix the panel. The he was going to send it that night. But he did not. So the next day I called him and ask him what happen I never the break down and he told me that he would email me the break down and I never got it. If he did not went the job,he should had said no I do not went the job I would have understood that but he should have never changed me if he was not going to take the job. I would understand if he took the money if I did not want the job done. I did not tell him yes; I wanted the job or noI did not want the job. I just need to figure out how I was going to pay him. If he does the right thing and give me back my money, I will let you guys know.And in the end they did right me!!Happy

Derek and Mac’s team was super responsive. Half of my house was running out of power and I made a call to Derek in the morning. He sent Mac here in 30 mins and they figured out the issue right away. They were very professional and transparent when it comes to the parts that need to be replaced. The price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician!
