We called AllStar on a Saturday morning as we needed electrical work completed ahead of an inspection. That same day they came to our home and installed two outdoor gfci outlets and moved another outlet in our home. Our electrician, Erwin did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend.

Thomas came out at 10:30 pm when I called panicking stated calm down he would be right out in 30 minutes. He actually got there in 25 minutes. He fixed everything inside and outside in 2 hours. BG Electric responded immediately, they were at my home to offer a free estimate with 1 hour of our call. Ben was very knowledgeable, he thoroughly explained every option to remedy our electrical issues. BG rendered a quote immediately and came back same day to repair. The appointment dispatch was quick and sure. Gary was on time, pleasant, efficient, and willing to say what he didn’t need to do or endorse alternatives. He is certainly a good plumber. They gave me a discount for first time customer on the visit charge. The snaking of the pipes was a difficult job and the price was high. This is not a discount or national chain outfit but I got the excellent service I sought.

My experience with DMS Electric was absolutely great from start to finish. I had Derek and his team install a bunch of lights/outlets, install/mount a bunch of TVs and other electrical work in a dental office. Everything was completed on time, on budget and turned out great! His team of electricians were always friendly, on time and easy to work with. Also, Derek was always reachable by phone and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Definitely add DMS Electric to your list of go to contractors as you will not be disappointed. This was the single most unprofessional experience I have ever had. The appointment was scheduled the day prior according to his availability. He arrived late. He was rude. Upon arrival he demanded an “after hours emergency fee” that was not previously disclosed for a 5 o’clock appointment when the hours online are 7a-7p. He insisted “he knows it’s the appliance” without even checking anything. And then demanded a $125 fee to come out when he did NO work. He was here for less than 15 minutes and we have security footage to verify it. When asked about what this fee was for he stated “Im just an employee it’s a business fee”. Online he listed as the business owner. He then stated it would be a minimum of $250 to check the power and he was “on the clock” when he started and it would be “time and a half to double” in addition. He became angry when questioned about this pricing. To which we just asked him to leave. I am very concerned with the legitimacy of this “business” Do not use this company!
